This panoramic picture shows both PCB and Destin on their respective end. The beach is completely straight in front of this condo. Great place to get a tan =)

I will say don't spend your money in this place! First of all is very pricy for what they offer. The place is not clean at all (roaches crawling in the ceiling) the comforter from my bed was smelly and the couches look like they are at least ten years old! If you can't make it before 5:00 pm which is the time they close the check in office you will have to go through some troubles and hustles. I am from Texas and the weather was horrible throughout Louisiana so there was no way we could make it on time. When I called the number on the reservation sheet the answering machine gives you another number to call (after hours number) so they made it really hard for me since the beginning. Never again will I stay in this place! They are a lot of way better places around (second time going to this side of Florida) with better prices also! Look for something worth your money. I forgot to mention that this place lets loans you an umbrella and two chairs that are already installed for you in the beach. Be aware by 5:00 pm their beach staff will start putting all chairs and umbrellas away without carrying weather you have your personal belongings on the chairs! We came back from playing on the beach just to find our belongings on the sand!

It's just ok A typical condo. At an extremely nice beach.spectacular view. The unit we got was clean and not anything overwhelming for the $$$$ Nothing over the topnothing negative. Nice location!

Been there since 1986, prettiest water and best beach view in the area. First visit to the area was in 1948. Condos have been updated and are a great deal. Nearby restaurants are world class.

Beautiful condominium complex, right on the beach! Lovely pool, exercise room. All units have balconies with great views.

Great location near Seaside and Rosemary Beach. The beach here is great. Excellent views from these condos.

Nice condos. Great beach staff. We were able to get front row because the beach staff will remove anything left in chairs for over an hour. No saving chairs. Really appreciate this ! The views are amazing.
