This hotel blew our expectations away. The staff is absolutely delightful and the grounds are beautiful. We had a very nice room overlooking the pool and loved watching the sunset from our balcony. They had Christmas at the Princess while we were there, which was a delight. The trees and lights were beautiful and they played Christmas music all evening. We even got free access to the little carnival and were able to enjoy a ride on the Ferris wheel. We will be back.

Visited during the Christmas at Princess. The entire place was beautifully decorated. My only complaint, as a mother of 3 kids, finding healthy meals was a struggle. The kids menu offered good kid-friendly choices, but no veggie or fruit side. This was disappointing as it seemed the healthier options for kids was an after thought at the restaurants.
But we enjoyed our time and will probably come back. I'll will just pack fruit and veggies with us next time!

Amazing place for a rest and relaxation getaway. My wife and I spent the weekend there Nov.24-26. Its just what was needed to recharge our batteries. Rooms were nice and comfortable. The pool and spas were very clean and well kept. We happened to be there for the Christmas decorations too, so that livened the place up with all the lights and music. Oh and for the best Mexican food on the planet, La Hacienda inside the hotel property was to die for.

Fairmont Scottsdale Princess offers very nice accommodations. The rooms are beyond comfortable. The rooms in the conference center (my reason for being here) are kept cold but then again when are conference rooms ever comfortable?
The staff here are stellar, everyone from the front desk to the doormen to the restaurant staff have been so polite and helpful. The only issue I have is the cost of the food and drinks here. Again, totally expected I just don't have to like it.
If I have to come back to Scottsdale I will definitely return here.

Absolutely amazing spa and resort! The pictures online don’t even do it justice.

Room: beautiful and clean. Love the bathroom with deep tub, separate shower.

Staff: very sweet and responsive. Always smiling, many have worked here for many years.

Grounds: gorgeous. I have walked the grounds many times. Favorite spots are The Fragrance Garden and the pond.

Animals: Cecil the tortoise and two lobby therapy dogs were so sweet.

Food: have ordered in and also eaten at restaurants on site. Food is top notch.

The spa: THIS IS A MUST. It is pure heaven. My therapies were amazing but the spa itself is so wonderful. You can use it all day, the day of a service.

The princess had a great summer program, perfect for a family staycation. The kids enjoyed the pools and kids club and I enjoyed the spa. One of the best spas as it is huge with so much to do in addition to getting a treatment. The staff was outstanding! The only issue I had was that there was a slight odor in the room. I didn't say anything because we just wanted to get to the pool but I'm sure they would have done something.

Loved the quiet atmosphere. Enjoyed my spasauna and relaxation room. It felt great!! Service is good. Bathrooms are clean and towels are constantly stacked and prepared. Great place to send family and friends for a weekend or a day spa as a gift. They will enjoy it and love it.

What a lovely place to stay. Came for our anniversary. The staff is so amazing. Starting with Jacqueline at the front desk to Brenna Connor Vivian Emily and Errol you all made our trip so wonderful because of your sweet natures and kindness!!

Our room was beautiful. Clean large and just beautiful. Comfy bed and huge towels are a big bonus. The pools were amazing clean spacious seating and attentive servers. Loved just chilling by the pool.

    Looking forward to coming back!

Phenomenal resort. Several pools and hot tubs open 24/7. The water slide was fun but only open 10-5. The rooms were very clean and large. Beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Only 2 small garbage. Balcony provides beautiful views. Ambience was gorgeous.

Beautiful grounds. Pretty spread out though so be prepared for a hike. They will shuttle you in a golf cart if you'd like. Rooms are nice, but perhaps a touch dated (for example, the bathrooms have old style 6" tile and thick grout lines). Have not had a chance to enjoy the amenities as here for work conference. Price during very toasty summer season is great for a 5-star resort.

I was there for a marketing conference - nice facility with beautiful grounds. The restaurants on the premise are pretty good but very much overpriced for the quality / quantity of food. The pool area is nice and the conference area is good for a sizable group of attendees. However, the rooms are REALLY spaced out so my feet hurt quite a bit after one day in heels, walking to and from the different wings.

The property was very well kept and the staff was excellent. My only issue was with the coffee maker in my room. I called to have it replaced due to a malfunction. The following morning I found that it wasn't replaced AND the coffee supplies weren't restocked either. Really disappointing at 6am after a request was made.

    4/28/17 Update:
In response to my previous comments, the management offered a partial refund of charges. This unexpected surprise demonstrates a touch of class and earns 5 stars. Thank you.

Absolutely wonderful. I received a complimentary upgrade when I arrived too early for check in; the staff was attentive, accommodating, and genuinely engaging; every detail was impeccably addressed; and everything we ate and drank was perfect. Last but not least, the facilities were beautiful and well-maintained.

The entire stay was perfect. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless, and the housekeeping staff were efficient and professional. Had a great meal at La Hacienda, and met a terrific server-he made our experience very enjoyable with his great personality. The pool was great too with lots of happy families all around us.
