@copperwyndresort Thanks for the very kind compliment. We enjoyed our time @copperwynd and the food was delicious. My only complaint was the service we received from the waiter. She was extremely short and rude as if she didn't want to serve us. She lacked both class and tact with a few of her snarky comments! We sat outside for over 40 min without the propane heaters being on after asking the sever over 5 times to re-light all 3. As she took my order it was obvious that it was extremely windy and dark because of the light show we had no light and had to order in the dark. I could not see my menu again I asked her to please have them light the heat lamps I have two young children with me as she began to take my order the wind increased two water wine glasses fell onto me spilling all water from the table onto my dress the glasses hit the ground where I was cut on the foot she asked me if I was okay and only moved the glass off of the table but not none of the glass underneath of the table from where I was cut and just told me to pick another spot the tablecloth was wet and damp we were forced to sit outside in the dark due to the Christmas light show, and was Never once offered a seat inside to enjoy our meals under proper lighting. There weren't any candles or any lighting on the table. The sever even failed to bring a person's meal, and took 1.5 hours to offer her something else. Our waters were never refreshed or topped off. They refused to allow us to go to the bar where drink service would've been more accurate and faster. On top of that, we weren't offered any drink menus and had to deal with a snippy waitress who didn't know the assortment of cocktails. Lastly, I never gone to a restaurant where one server was assigned to a party of 18 and the bill could NOT be split in HALF. Not separate checks but literally two checks.

This gorgeous spa and resort was recently remodeled. Facilities are top notch. As a local resident, I enjoy spa days here. I would recommend the massages, facials and other special body treatments. Enjoy lunch pool side to make your day one of rest and rejuvenation. The views can't be beat.

This place is not everything that it appears to be in the pictures for starters! THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE AT ANY RESORT! Both the front desk, the restaurant Flourish waitress and staff, were all so RUDE and made me feel very unwanted at their premises! I felt like I was being discriminated against! I had a table outside with friends and seeing that it did get a little chilly we had the heat lamps on. When they went out we had to ask them SEVERAL times to re-light it before they finally did. We were taking photos and they told us watch the flash! The lights went out and they said there was nothing they could do about it because it was on a timer- I HAVE WORKED FOR A RESORT BEFORE SO I KNOW THAT IS A LIE! They left us in the dark! They were rude and unhelpful while we placed our dinner ordersI WOULD NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE BLACK OR ANY MINORITY FOR THAT MATTER! The place wasn't even full and they didn't want us to come inside or anything! They made us all uncomfortable and eventually we ended our night!

Had a glass of the house cab. It was pretty good. The best part was watching a couple singing and sitting outside on the balcony. Awesome views. Good live band, good wine.

The view from balcony In the room is fantastic. Especially at night Sky is so beautiful. Late checkout service was really nice with kids. Quiet and peaceful area. Clean and well maintained resort. Good service and excellent food. Definitely will come back. My only complaint is the bed mattress too soft.

Our visit today to your resort was very pleasant. Staff was so attentive to our every need. And very friendly. Management was on top of everything. Very knowlegable and also very attentive to us on our tour. Thanks for a very pleasant afternoon. Also forgot to mention the food was outstanding!!!! The place is nice! Amazing views but the rooms are not well taken care of, you can see the wear and tear things that I guess they should keep in perfect conditions for guests!

We stayed 2 nights at the CopperWynd Resort in July. The view from our balcony was beautiful. The beds/pillows were too soft for us. I was disappointed in the shower in our room. It has not been maintained/cleaned well. I did visit the spa and had a facial and a massage. I will give the spa at CopperWynd and the staff a 5 star rating. The massage was one of the best I've had in a long time! The showers/bathrooms were clean and spacious at the spa.

Gorgeous resort in the mountains of Fountain Hills. Rooms all have a view of the Sonoran desert and mountains in the distance. Well manicured, 2 pools hot tub and a variety of fitness and spa options. Restaurant is not up to par with the quality of the resort but the views almost make up for it.

it was a great place to stay at! First off, the room was nice, the beds were very comfortable, and the view was totally amazing. Second, the resort was nice, and the lap pool was a nice temperature, the gym was big, and it was all very clean. The location is also very great, with easy access to the town, as well as great hiking, biking etc. My one issue is that the housekeeping was pretty bad. They even forgot to clean the room, at all one day. Although, at the end, it was all made up for, with a discount of $25 off of the bill, so there's no issue there. Al in all, it was a great experience!

The room was really nice featuring fireplace, mini fridge and Keurig. The only coffee selection was Green Mountain Breakfast blend. The bedding was comfortable. Yoga class was fun with energetic and friendly instructor. The gym is small with nice equipment. Restaurant onsite closes at 9pm, a little pricey.

We've personally stayed once during work on our home, and have put up guests here 5-6 times. Raves from everyone about the views, quiet and helpful staff. We're long time members of the Copperwynd Club, so it was handy for us. Our guests appreciated the restaurant and pool bar.

If you go to Flourish, see if you can have Jean or Jenny as your server. They have been here for 15 years and they are world class, and I don't say this lightly!
