Definitely the "higher-end" of retail. Reasonably close by to me. Don't really hit it until the holidays are upon us, but it seems they are not as plagued with store turbulence (turn-around) as many malls. Outdoor/open air, but the buildings are closer together, so it is cozy and probably shady and cooler in the summer. Valet parking in the front, sort of a pain, but you can normally avoid it and park in the back. Seasons 52, The Capital Grille, The Cheesecake Factory, and California Pizza Kitchen are some of the restaurants (and might account for half the customers sometimes).

This place is excellent, as a matter of fact, all of their locations are wonderful. The Biltmore location is unique, being in a business complex, and caters to it with a conference room available, upon request. They also have different game areas set up for play like ping pong. The coffee is excellent as well, of course!

The Biltmore Fashion Mall is a beautiful place to shop on a Sunday afternoon. It's family friendly and has every amenity available. I don't know what more you could ask of it. I always feel safe and happy there

Men probably don't even want to waste their time shopping here. Due to the lack of real selection for men. Unless your looking to possibly meet a cougar who can pay for your lunch. Because truthfully selection is completely tailored to wealthy rich women or wannabes on a fast track to credit card bankruptcy. Because this place is way overpriced.
But I'll give it two stars for it's great selection of restaurants.

Weird parking. You have to go through a gate, get a small yellow disc, and have that disc validated at a participating store/establishment in order to get two hours of free parking. Even when you do get validation, you'll have to pay for parking after those two hours are up. Did not enjoy that aspect at all.

Paid parking. Need to get your coin token validated else pay. There are many other shopping malls nearby.

I LOVE this mall. It's my #1 go to when I want to go out and spend some time with mom or a friend.
Lots of stores options (It's a bit expensive)
I love the the crepe club!! It has the best crepes!! (I mostly visit here because of it)
California Pizza Kitchen is an other fav of mine too. They have the best food, and a nice dining room atmosphere. I love having their salted caramel pudding after food.

Always enjoy going here. Great place to grab some coffee, walk around and people-watch. Great little unique shops mixed in with some of the standard mall shops. Love their winter decorations and displays.

One of the best retail centers in Arizona. Stylish fashions, comfortable outdoor walkways and luxury brands make this a must see if in Phoenix.

Ever since I was little the Biltmore has been my go to place for shopping, eating, and social hangout hub. I lived down the street growing up so I have so many memories related to the Biltmore that it will always be a special place to me. I even worked at Brookstone back in high school and was practically a daily regular at Coffee Plantation. The Biltmore has all the best boutiques without all the crowds AND its centrally located Cant get any better!!

Upscale stores at this outdoor mall. Familiar with Hyde Park jewelry store and Apple store. Anchor by Macy's. Parking garage available. Mall is very clean and well maintained. Grassy park like in the middle by the fountain is a great place for the kids to play or just to have a conversation with food and drinks.

I used to live in Phoenix and truly didn't appreciate this place until I had visited on a recent trip. A wonderful outdoor pedestrian-friendly experience . Well maintained with lovely landscaping and open spaces.
Great place for a date, business lunch or dinner or to do some light (or heavy) shopping.
A must see while in Phoenix.

I liked it better when the whole parking lot wasn't locked down by metered parking. I guess it caters to the Biltmore through exclusivity, but it's a hassle. I usually end up parking in the back parking structure. This shopping center has some nicer chain restaurants like Cheesecake Factory, California Pizza Kitchen, and Champs. It also has the only Apple Store for a long while.
