The location and staff are both excellent but the hotel needs a face-lift. The decor is a few decades behind, no USB chargers, and the elevator (singular) pretty much forces you to the stairs due to its speed.

Stayed in Dallas for a week. Room was super clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. The breakfast spread is quite extensive. Coffee is always good an hot. The employees were very nice. I would and I probably will end up staying here again.

The rooms aren't bad, but my phone didn't work, and I had no way of calling out other than my personal mobile. Worse yet, there is no box to lock your valuables in the room when you are away, making my jewelry and medication accessable to the cleaning staff, which speak absolutely zero English.

Alittle more pricey for what they have to offer.. But the the front desk and the staff were wonderful. Their breakfast is okay. I hop is just a short walk. Nice big pool that stay open until midnight. Also had a excerise room.

Excellent breakfast. Happy that breakfast started at 6 am. Parking convenient for us seniors. Room should have more electrical outlets for those who use CPAP. Would be nice to have a microwave in room.

Parents stayed here and we went in to drop them off. The room was ready early. The staff were very friendly. The coffee supposedly isn't bad and my mom liked the breakfast. Carpet was cheap by new and squishy and the room was roomy and clean. Nothing really to complain about except the pool and hot tub. My mom got this hotel specifically for that and the hot tub wasn't working right and they used a little too much chlorine in the pool.

This was my first time to stay at a Fairfield/Marriott location. It was by far the best experience I have had with a hotel. The night clerk was friendly & accommodating (I wish I would have gotten his name for the review), the rooms were extremely clean, beds comfy, the all you can eat breakfast buffet was off the chart. It was just an overall great stay. I will definitely return & would recommend this location. 5 stars

This has easily been one of the best hotels I've stayed at. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the pool was nice, and the breakfast was great. I know that sounds small but I've been to a lot of hotels where the breakfast was okay. The fact that Fairfield worked hard on their breakfast shows me they will work hard in every other area.
