Customer service was one of the best I've had. The lounge is a good place to have a relaxing evening next to the outdoor fireplace. Could use more variety in music selection. Thanks guys! Mr. Ahab is awesome!

This hotel is beautiful, my husband and I stayed there last night in the suite which was everything we wanted and more. The staff is absolutely amazing check in and out was fast and friendly. Once we left I realized I left my ID I called and spoke with Nate at the front desk who was simply amazing. He went above and beyond to my ID back to me. This will definitely be the hotel we stay at when in the area.

The rooms are clean and the beds are nice. The free breakfast is a joke only waffles and cereal and stale bread. Totally not worth the money spent here because the food area is really small and gets crowded.

I stay here a lot for work. The staff is always friendly and accommodating to our needs. Rooms are nice and a great value for the price. There's a nice restaurant and bar on site. Will definitely keep staying here.

Stayed for 3 days during a tiny house show. Staff, very helpful and friendly. Hotel was very clean and well kept. Room, Clean. Bed, well, I like a firm mattress and it was just that very firm. Location is very convenient to several venues .

A little dated, bed too too hard, breakfast served late despite being told at check in that it was from 6-9 am! And it only consisted of a few pieces of fruit, cereal, and danishes. And the place smells weird. The air freshener is not very flattering at all. The only reason I picked this hotel was because of the rate($80 a night) which the front desk told me was a GREAT rate! I doubt I'll ever stay here again.

Bathroom wasn't the cleanest, and there wasn't the great view but, it is close to six flags, and other fun places. Ice machine only on floor #4 and #5. But its a pretty good hotel. Re doing the down stairs lobby so that isn't pretty. But this hotel isn't that bad, nice beds, enough outlets, microwave, TV, desk, curtains,drawers and cabinets.

We stayed at this hotel this past weekend with our kids. From the time we walked in, the children complained of a foul odor as they did every time we returned at night. We arrived on Saturday and did not receive room service nor were we offered clean towels at all. Hotel is old and appears to be in the process of being remodeled, which was not Included when we were choosing hotels. On our air conditioner the knob was broken and there was long black hair in the tub. Our stay was ok since we left the hotel early and returned late at night. Walls to the hotel appear to be thinner than normal because we could hear our neighbors on both sides talk and yell and scream at night. After our stay we noticed we had random charges besides our agreed upon hotel stay and when we called inquiring they were very rude and made up reasons to over charge us which we know for a fact were not true. Overall, we were very disappointed in the hotel and WILL NOT be staying there again!!! Apparently this hotel makes its money by scamming its guests after their departure!! This k twice before staying here!!!

My basketball team and I visited Blue Cypress almost a month ago, and the stay was well worth it. The hotel manager personally took care of our needs. This was also our 2nd year staying at that hotel. The rooms were very nice and clean, and all the staff were great, as well. We will visit again next year. Again, thanks for a great weekend stay. Awesome manager and staff.

Location was a little odd and a little difficult to get to when exiting the freeway, but it was in a good location near the entertainment area of Arlington. Very nice, clean and new-looking. We were traveling across country and arrived fairly late and only stayed the one night, so we o ly dealt with one staff member who was working the front desk. She was very friendly, courteous and welcoming and she was very helpful in directing us to a restaurant. Would definitely stay here again if the occasion arises.

The location of the hotel is great for our stay (hurricane harbor & six flags). The staff is very friendly and very helpful if you have any questions about the hotel or the area. I will definitely be staying here again for my next trip.

The location was perfect, Josh and Alisha made the reservation go smoothly and we're very friendly. The rooms were clean and the king size bed was comfortable with nice sheets.

It's not very crowded. The staff is very helpful. The outdoor pool looks nice. The jacuzzi rooms are very spacious.
