They allow dogs here but do not force the owners to pick up afterwards. As far as take and go breakfast they offer, coffee, cheap tea bags, Oat meal bags and 3 flavors of quick bars. Unfortunately, I booked it for 2 weeks.

My experience was not ideal! The Lobby attendant closed the lobby early and i didn't get a chance to check in despite having paid for my room in advance. Unable to check in and unfamiliar with the area, i drove around until i found another extended stay which was 2 miles away. Luckily the attendant was very kind and accommodating. He got me a room right away. That guy was awesome

It was pretty good. Not horrible.

My bed was not good. Pillows horrible. Light flooded under the door from the hallway. Although my room was non smoking. hallways smelled nasty and like cigarettes.

The place was inexpensive and clean and well maintained.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Extended Stay America Hotel while my apartment was being renovated! The room was very spacious, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and you can tell they take pride in what they do. My children loved the little breakfast nook they offered down in the office area! They offered assorted muffins, as well as granola bars, instant oatmeal, tea, hot chocolate, and a dark and light roast coffee. This hotel is definitely worth every penny!

This hotel was so unacceptable. The first room we checked in was not properly clean there were tobacco residue on the nightstand. The front desk timely changed us to a room three doors down and lo and behold. A roach greeted us at the door.

At first we thought we had a good room and we loved it. until we found a roach on the back of our bathroom door. The maintence man sprayed our room Then found another roach in the door of the REFRIGERATOR! How it got in there is beyond me. but we are utterly disgusted and are being moved to a different extended stay (I'm sure I'll still be disappointed though)

I stayed at the Birmingham Cahaba park circle. I was charged more fees the longer I stayed and was literally yelled at by the general manager. The cost was supposed to be 998 for a month I ended up paying 1300 in excess fees. They actually held my personal belongings hostage and locked me out of my room until I needed to make a payment for witch they had no reason for just that I owed them money. The other residence were drug addicts and you can smell the chemical smell of the drugs and prostitution that went on there. If you a business professional like myself I suggest the Mariott or some regular hotel. This place was horrible. And the General Manager was totally rude. No customer service. And if you call guest relations corporate office they will be of no help at all. Run!

Very pleasant front desk attendant. Advised me on a great restaurant nearby. Great value and close to my work destination. Conveniently located next to a shopping area, Fresh market and Target. Nice rooms. Easy access to my car. Very quiet. I had a Good night's sleep. Lobby and restaurant seemed very nice too

I will never stay at any Extended Stay America Location, On 12/31/2016 my experience was one I'll never forget, at the time of check in, the doors were locked, I stood outside until one of the guest let me in, even after that I stood in the lobby for 20 minutes. I left to go eat at a local restaurant and called to see if someone was available, all three locations in Birmingham couldn't find my reservation and seem not to care. So I decided to not give them my business! Well today 01/13/2017 I checked my account with Regions Bank only to find out that Extended Stay debited my account for that day they said I didn't have a reservation! I have spent 3 to 4 hours today trying to resolve this issue only to find out that the person who made the reservation misspelled my name! They caused a bank draft of $36.00 and wouldn't refund me the amount, only the $74.09 which is the cost of the room. I asked for a courtesy stay or a discount something for my trouble, the local hotel said NO!!! and the Corporate Office said NO!!! WOW!!!! What customer servicewell except for Mandy at the front desk of the Wildwood location. I hope your experience is better. #FINDSOMEWHEREELSE
