Consistently clean with friendly employees. Rooms are pretty quiet even though it's just off the highway. Breakfast is the same hotel breakfast that just about every hotel has, but this one does have a full array options, unlike some smaller hotels.

This is the location in Mooresville. It was very nice. The attendent who checked us in was very nice and i had a brief conversation with him in the elevator. His name is Brad and he seem friendly and levelheaded. the towels.and accessories are nice, the drinks available for purchase are only a bit expensive. The hotel has a pool outside which is small but worksm great. Its shallow however, but there is also a gym which i attended with my family (sister, father, mother) it had a lot of machines and weights. The experience was very positive and we would go back.

Clean rooms. Bathroom was small. No real closet, clothes hangers but in an open space. TV was pretty small too.

Great employees! Room was clean and the bed was amazing. Close to shoppingall kinds! Hotel is off one of the main streets in the area which can be a traffic nightmare so plan for extra travel time getting out town from this site.

Quite possibly the friendliest staff I've ever encounterd in any hotel I've stayed in so far. I've been there on a couple of business trips and they have always gone above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.
The rooms are spacious and very clean.
It's a short walking distance from a wide selection of restaurants and shopping malls.
I have more business trips in the future, here in Charlotte, and I'll be booking at this hotel when I return.
