Breakfast was nice but there were two bugs in the shower and half the tv channels wouldn't connect.

Very dissatisfied. There was a cockroach in my room. The ceiling was awful. Hair in the tub a baby roach crawled by my drink on the table

The most filthy place ever. Would not recommend this to anyone. We were to have a king suite and was put in a 2 queen bed room. Half the plugs in room didn2 work rigjt. Bathroom was dirty. Only had coffee in room should have tea as well as coffee. This place need a COMPLETE MAKE OVER FROM TOP TO BOTTOM. INCLUDING STAFF AND MANAGEMENT.

Wyndham should be ashamed to call this facility as part of their brand. I did not get the cheapest room in Rock Hill because I wanted to feel safe and sanitary. When I arrived, the parking which was in dire need of repair was completely empty save for a couple of people sharing a giant bottle of Thunderbird outside their room. The building looked like it could use a little bit of arson or maybe a wrecking ball. I walked into the hallway which smelled of an exquisite mixture of mold and pine oil. After putting my belongings down, I left for dinner. After I returned, I discovered that my bed was full of dog hair. My mother's bed was full of dog hair. My comforter had blood on it. My sheets has what I can only assume to be a fecal stain. My pillow had human hair. I called the front desk and the clerk immediately brought new sheets, but explained that I would just have to sleep with the blood stained comforter because they are locked in a room that she does not have access to. My reservation was not refundable and it was too late to search for another hotel room. I had to sleep without a blanket. I reserved this room under the impression that it was a decent hotel and have now been completely humiliated in front of my mother. Nothing can be offered to make this right.

Stayed a few weeks for work trip. Place is very very dirty. Killed several bugs, spiders, cockroaches, etc in our room. The pillows were so lumpy it was laughable. Our shower didn't work so we had to take baths only which was less than desirable. Some staff were nice, others were only worried about playing candy crush on the computer and were very irritable when needed. The mini fridge was a nice size. Breakfast was not so great. Our lamp in our room didn't work. It was cheap though

Very rude people who work the front desk ac didn't cool until 2am and the front desk told me it was because we was on the second floor. The smell of pot is pungent threw out the hotel save your time don't stay here.

My friend and I reserved a room over the internet. We were unable to make the trip and tried to cancel. We were not allowed to cancel and was charged for the room anyway! Wish we had read reviews before booking!!!!

It was a decent room. One of the beds had a rip in the sheets, but whatever. Breakfast was good.
