Got the police called on me for a room i payed for online i guess the front desk took my money and didnt book me in the right way horrible stay

People at service desk were very nice and helpful room could have been cleaner very noisy with another hotel close by

Besides the place being old and the fact that the website say it has a swimming pool but reality there is no pool here anymore. The room need to be cleaned found an old cigarette butt in the ac unit and the smoke detector was not even put back up. Overall for the price the stay was not that bad

Not a very clean place. Needs a lot of up dates. Housekeeping needs to clean between the mattresses and box springs better. We found bugs between them. The clerk was very nice. We did get a refund and We found another hotel room for the night.

The things that I mention here I'm sure the management knows about. First it was a none smoking room but someone didn't respect that because there's a strong smell of marijuana inside. Inside the room there a really old box type TV ( no flat screen) and the cover was missing from the remote. The furniture and carpet are old as well. The cooling works well but it's just off and on.. no temperature setting. The switch at the door didn't work so we had to enter a dark room to find a light switch so maybe the door switch is out. Definitely in need of a remodel. Any price above $60 you can do better.

It's not what it looks like. This is the second time staying here with problems. Tv didn't work, no safety lock on the door, the light didn't work over the sink, toilet kept running, in one room I had it didn't even have a toilet seat on the the toilet and the stair wells was filthy. There was clothes, and trash in the stair wells and it smelled like pee. I wasn't there 2 hours and I left but didn't get a refund. I wish I knew who I could call about this problem. The sanitation grade was 85.5 which is a B. I wouldn't stay there again unless they made major changes.

This place is disgusting! Stains on the sink, and in the tub. Holes in the wall. Outlets dont work. So nasty that i refused to even use the shower or put my 3 yr old in that crusty diseased tub. Should be a $30 a night. DONT EVEN BOTHER COMING HERE.WHY WOULD A REPUTABLE COMPANY LIKE WYNDHAM PUT THEIR NAME OUT LIKE THIS.BETTER OFF SLEEPING AT A BUS STATION OR IN YOUR CAR!!!!

We stayed at this hotel for our anniversary and because it was not far from the Speedway as we were going to the Coca Cola 600 and it was DISGUSTING. We checked in early before check in time and was given a room we didn't book as we were told it was the only room available. The room smelled SO bad and the air didn't work. We went to the front desk to complain about the air and was told there were no other rooms until 3:30 or 4 and this was at 1:00 pm and there were maybe 5 cars in the parking lot. We then packed up all our stuff and drove around until 3:30 and went back to check in. Our room still was NOT ready and we were given another room that was NOT our original room. This new room was right beside our 1st room and when we opened the door the smell of Marijuana almost knocked us down. The room had no towels, no toilet paper, and looked like it hadn't even been cleaned as trash was all over the floor. There was water all over the dresser. The shower had what looked like mold growing in it and there was a used dirty wash rag in the shower. Needless to say this place was disgusting and NOT worth paying money to stay in.

Worst hotel experience ever. We travel often and were totally disgusted by this hotel.
The room was not clean at all.. We did not dare stick our 5 yr old in the tub to take a bath, as there were stains that were obviously not cleaned, and hair and urine everywhere.
This place really needs to be torn down or get new management. We cannot even believe they are still in business.
Wished we would have read over the reviews prior to confirming a reservation.
The worst part is that we rented a room for ourselves & kids and then another room for our friends and both rooms were completely dirty BEWAREresponse / report this review -

The outside is in pretty decent shape, the shower head is new with good water pressure, and they have a pool. The room was a bit rough, the carpet was well used and the pillows were small. The free breakfast was somewhat small, but the staff are friendly. Overall it's a 3 because there are good and bad elements, but if you can get a deal and are not concerned about the shape of the room, you will be all set here.
