Excellent pizza and awesome Italian cheese bread twists. I highly recommend them next time you are in Keystone and want delicious pizza.

This place was a great hole in the wall pizza place. BEST CALZONE i have ever had! Our bartender Marcos was very personable and informative. Highly recommend Extreme Pizza

My friends and I went to several other places but they lacked a sense of welcoming attitude and excitement. We went to extreme pizza and ended up meeting a super cool bartender named Marcos. The environment was very great

My family ate here after driving 20+ hours. We had a party of 8 on 4 tickets. The first pizza wasn’t right so, he left it and made a new one. The other three pizzas were ordered at the same time. It took a while to get one, then I had to go ask about the other two. He completely forgot to cook one of them. It was the worst service! No drink refills, no I’m sorry (mostly because he wasn’t), no comps on the bill, everyone left angry.

Great alternative to the Keystone Lodge! Staff are friendly and extremely accommodating! Marcos is awesome and will definitely be back!!!

Truly just had the worst pizza experience ever. Paid $26 for a small (they called it a large) frozen, possibly reheated pizza. How do places like this stay in business?!! So, so so bad.

I have been to this restaurant numerous times in the evening. Last attempt was 9/11 around 6pm. The sign says that they are open until 9pm but apparently not. I even saw one of the workers whom i had spoken too before. I believe his name is Bran taking a shot during business hours while they were "closed". However the reason i come back is due to them having some of the best pizza. I just wish they were open when they were supposed to be.

Friendly staff, but they get a bit flustered if it gets remotely busy. Takes some time for to go orders so it's a good excuse to have a libation while you wait. Ordered a medium Yard Sale pizza and a side salad and had some for leftovers the next day. Decent pizza and a salad us a salad.

BEWARE if you have any food sensitivities. I have Celiac and was very excited to try something from their large gluten free selection. The pickup order took over an hour, was cold, and very small in portion. I didn't mind, as I was elated at having found decent pizza I could actually eat and commented on how "it doesn't taste gluten-based!" I WAS MISTAKEN. Within hours I was experiencing one of the worst flares I have ever dealt with and realized my pizza was either NOT gluten free, or had been contaminated with gluten somewhere along the preparation process. Long story short, the pizza was delicious, but definitely not worth feeling like death.

The service I received was spectacular! The entire staff treated me very well. The pizza and wings are delicious and the beer options were everything I hoped for and more. Definitely a go to! I'd call this a hidden treasure in the heart of Keystone. I recommend them even 😊
