This location can be hit or miss. I have stayed here in two separate occasions. First time, the room was almost scary dark and had a worn out feel and a funky smell. Roaches were a common sight.
The last occasions the room was on the first floor but it was way nicer than my previous stay. Closer to the check in office so room was clean and tidy. No smells, but did see one roach the whole time I was there. All in all, it's a hit or miss.
Stayed for 3 months for a work assignment. Never again. No other place to go at the time. First day..German roaches in the room, called the desk to report I needed someone to come now to spray, I used my own bug spray in mean time, 3 days later no one came, had to call corporate to get help. Place dirty!! Used my Lysol wipes and gloves to wipe the room down and the wipes were black with dirt. Housekeeping was sub par at best. I finally kept my do not disturb sign on my door at all times to stop them from coming and I cleaned myself. My room was cleaner when I left than when I came. I had to go buy my own vacuum cleaner and after one vacuum you wouldn't believe the dirt in it!! 3 times during my stay my room was barged into by staff while I'm sleeping (I worked at night) and scared me to death..oh sorry, you are on the check out list, I thought you were gone!!! Got to smell cigarette and weed coming through my room constantly. Thats just a few things, I could go on $1500 a month with tax and it wasn't worth half of that. I don't live like that at home and to pay that much pissed me off. I told my travel company not to send anyone here again. We are travel nurse's and that's a lot of 3 month assignments going else where!! Did I say never again??!!! Nope not ever. Horrible!! Stayed 4/17 - 7/17.
Rude staff. When you walk in the office music is so loud you can't hear the staff talk. My truck was intentionally blocked in, I went into the office to inform hotel staff my truck was blocked in and it was going to make me late for work, the hotel worker told me it's my fault that I'm blocked in because all of our trucks are taking up all the parking spaces and her manager is going to call our area manager and tell him we're going to have to do something else with our trucks. I get the feeling like we're not wanted here so we're probably going to pack up all of our trucks and go somewhere else. The company I work for is a multi-billion-dollar company with over 5,000 employees so if we're going to be treated like this will just take our business elsewhere. I'm about to write a letter to the CEO expressing our treatment at this hotel. If Truck Drivers are not Welcome put up a sign.
The most disgusting hotel room I've ever stepped into! I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. However, the front desk attendant was very nice and quickly refunded my money no questions asked when I went back to say that I was leaving immediately after seeing the room.
Check in was at 3 pm. We waited until 4 and then the maid had an attitude. No shampoo no conditioner. No hair dryer. No trash can. No wash clothes and the clerk was tired and short with us said there was nothing she could do for us because we did not book directly through them. Won't stay again and we will be there several more times this year.
Check in was at 3 but they didn't have it ready till after 4. No shampoo, no conditioner or soap. No towels, wash rags or trash cans. Cleaning lady is real rude. I need a refund!!!
We rented two hotel rooms during our stay. The first room was so incredibly hot and humid that I couldn't stay in it for more than 15 minutes before having to leave because I couldn't stand it! The second was hardly any better. It's October!!! And with the room's climate control set to 60°F, one room was intolerable to sleep in overnight and the other one was barely cooled off enough to sleep in without waking from the heat.
The main office is an absolute joke! It's hidden away and looks like another room, impossible to find from a moving car! They ran out of pillows and couldn't even accommodate one pillow per head that we had booked! We literally had to go buy pillows from the Walmart down the street in order to sleep! There was no room service EVER over the two days we stayed. Asking for silverware at the front desk felt like we were asking for something we never should have dared to expect! Don't dare look forward to any sort of sustainable breakfast. What they offer each morning is such a slap in the face that I'd have felt less offended if they'd just offered no breakfast at all!
We adore cats, dogs and all animals. I'm thrilled that extended stay hotels allow pets. But there was dog hair COVERING the entire floor of both rooms! We asked for a vacuum to clean it up ourselves, but were denied! One of our party almost had to sleep outside in the car, she was so allergic! I had to use my rescue inhaler constantly, and I even take a Clairitin pill every single day for allergies!
I've stayed in this exact same brand of extended stay hotel in other states, which were fabulous and exceeded all my expectations! This particular one is an absolute disgrace to the brand and should be left to rot! I can't believe how awful this place was! I've warned every single one of my family members against it and will continue spreading the word about the horrific time we had here for years to come!
Absolutely love the service here. The rooms are great. Only down side is the cable. It's basic and in today's age when you pay for something you should get the best your buck can buy
My fiancé and I came to town for a family members 90th bday party. Normally we would stay with family but this time we wanted our own space so decided to stay here for a few days. I will say that the front desk staff is friendly but the room that I was given was unacceptable. When me and my fiancé first walked in we said wow this is nice but when we started to take a closer look we noticed how filthy it was. Let's start with the bedding. First we pull back the blanket and notice stains all over the sheets and blanket.
Next we pull back the sheets and find blood stains and hair on the mattress cover. At this point we check the whole bed, top bottom and find stains all over. We call the front desk and ask for all new bedding and they send housekeeping. We explain the situation and the the housekeeps states and i quote "What happened was all of our sheets have stains on them the manager ordered new ones but they haven't come in yet. I'll see if i can find some sheets without stains on them" WHAT????? Housekeeper leaves and comes back with new sheets but at this time we are genuinely disgusted so we went to the nearest Walmart and purchased our own sheets and blanket.
Open up the night stand and we find some white substance inside. Move over to the kitchen area and the countertop had a small puddle of water and something sticky on it. The top of the refrigerator was extremely dusty. Bathroom.. Hair in the sink and in the tub. Stains in the carpet and the list goes on!!!!
Before we let we wanted to wash clothes. $2.00 to wash $2.00 to dry 1 load which we didn't mind paying but the detergent dispenser jammed so guess who lost money. I can say i will never stay at this extended stay america again and ill be hesitant to stay at any other one.
The rooms are basic. Someone had smoked inside of the room. Management had the carpets shampooed, but the smell was quite strong. The area was decently quiet and the residents there were respectful of my space.
Rooms are disgusting. Staff is really nice and helpful though. Refrigerator is nasty. Old towels left from previous guests. Carpet has burn holes and it smells like cigarettes. Didn't even have a shower curtain at first. No housekeeping unless you're staying more than a week or are willing to pay extra. 2-stars just because the staff is great.
For under a hundred dollars a night it is a decent room. As a man all I need was provided but I would never ask nor expect a woman that I love to stay there. Smell of stale smoke eith cigarette burns on floor and comforrter. Better than sleeping in the truck and not the worst hotel that I have ever slept in.
I hosted a team business meeting at the FQI and could not have been any more pleased with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and very pampered. We had several needs come up during our meeting and the staff responded quickly and very professionally.
