Rooms are nice. A little dated and smell of paint. The elevator makes too much noise. And the breakfast sucks.

Nice, clean, convenient and reasonably priced. Close to lots of shopping and dining as well as many of the attractions in the area. Close to downtown as well. Been staying here for the last 18 years for our quick Charleston and IOP off season getaways.

Very clean suites with nice amenities. Breakfast options are plentiful, and kept fresh. Front desk staff was warm and helpful. For those who need it, there is a chair lift for the swimming pool, which is quite nice. Quiet in spite of emergency vehicles.

The beds are so comfortable! I will give them credit for that. What I found extremely rude and annoying was a housekeeping knock at 8.30am asking us to check out when check out time was 12noon. The rooms are big which is impressive.

Great location, pretty close to the beach. Nice rooms, clean; good service, and pleasant staff. The pool doesn't look great, but I haven't used it at all. Overall good experience.

We travel every month and are very familiar with comfort suites hotels. This however was the worse experience! The hotel staff is very Rude! The room was dirty. The tub had mold, the toilet was filthy and the the pull out bed had blood on it. Then to top it off my son didn't get a pillow with the pull out bed because the staff said they didn't have any extra pillows. The manager was rude when I went to complain. She didn't offer an apology, just continued to argue with me by saying we should have had enough pillows for my family. Paying $180 to sleep in a hotel should supply our needs but they failed!

Location was great, room was clean. The bed had a dip in the middle, didn't sleep well because of that and my children not getting to sleep easily (the kids part isn't the hotels fault.) Coffee wasn't good (but I have very high standards.) Breakfast was mediocre, the bacon seemed microwaved. Had a variety of food, I'd say a step above continental. Was a mediocre stay, not terrible or great.

My experience at this hotel was not good. I witnessed customer bashing and profiling. I recorded a small but disturbing incident and was treated terribly by the guest services manager. Joya the night auditor was absolutely amazing and helpful. She was exhausted and I needed milk for my two kids who are still on bottles. Not only was she happy to help but also brought me a crib and did so in a genuinely helpful manner. My first review was a one star. After talking with the manager who was very concerned atvwhat I brought to her attention and did not take the matter lightly, I was given the partial refund that I asked for which I felt was reasonable. I am not sure what happened to the unprofessional employee however I did express that I could tell the potential for professionalism and the capability to execute efficient behavior according to their company policy is EXISTENT and I understand aggravation and was not looking to see anyone terminated and although it is not my decision to make I would hope the individual would learn from this and move on from this becoming the better person they can be.

Great place to stay. Rooms are clean and big. Bed was great. Also close to the beach and a great bar right next to it. Would definitely stay there again.
