Isolated location. Lost my reservation. Terrible service and food at late arrival. Hallway Carpets dirty. Breakfast not good. Room was fine — clean and comfortable. Shuttle runs every 30’ to the airport.

Great stay. Wasn’t expecting a free breakfast but it was good. Great coffee too. Rooms are perfect size with all amenities needed. The workout facility is perfect.

Don't believe all of the negativity about this fine Hotel! Planned on spending one night stayed for two. Very comfy bed and room. Clean facilities. Great staff! We will be back maybe even next week since we have not made arrangements for the end of our cruise. Almost forgot about happy hour! Free beer and wine. Awesome folks thank you for making our first trip to Miami a great one!

Very nice place to stay when your in Miami! Rooms very clean and spacious! Emilio Martinez was very helpful to me during my stay! He went out of his way to help! Outstanding Customer service!

Very comfortable beds and pillows. Excellent for family reunions and families. Attached rooms will work well for large family. Breakfast is good. Staff are friendly and helpful. What do I say about how easy and accessible the shuttle is to the airport. Nice kitchen and manager reception Monday thru Thursday. Very COMFORTABLE hotel.

We only stayed overnight, but I have to say, our room was great and the service was quite good. It's also just a few minutes drive from the airport, so it's perfect for a stay over.

The room I booked had a full size fridge and nice little kitchen that you can prepare your own meals. Though there are no pots and pans to cook with I like that you can opt out of room service and get a $5 credit to spend at their store.

My wife and I stayed here the night before our cruise. The staff members were nice and friendly. I would like to point out one person named Douglas our shuttle driver, he went out of his way to accommodate a a request to get my wife's prescription filled. He got me to the pharmacy and waited until I was ready to go back to the hotel. He has a great attitude and is a funny guy. Other than that the room was very nice and comfortable. We look forward to staying there again the next time we are in Miami.

Stayed here during a layover flight. The rooms are very large, clean, and modern. There is a stock kitchen with equipment and a dishwasher in every room. Breakfast is free and the hotel does a nice display in the morning. Shuttle bus to Miami airport runs every 30 minute.

We ended up here because of flight problems with American Airlines so they put us up here for the night. The shuttle from the airport, which runs about every half hour, was very nice. The room was actually a 1 bedroom, not a studio, with a pull out couch. The room didn't come with bedding for the couch so we had to call the front desk for that and extra towels, the room only had 2 and there were 4 of us. It was a first floor room and had some ants but they were pretty quick responding and spraying for them. The room came with complimentary breakfast which was pretty good, the folks restocking it for a good job keeping it full. The workout room was acceptable, clean and a good variety of workout equipment.

Very nice hotel for a good price! It had an entire kitchen, very nice desk/work area, shower was huge, gym is bigger than usual with free headphones, good breakfast. Just minutes away from the airport! Would stay at again for sure!

Nice brand, the shower and bed are great, the rooms very quiet, surprisingly so, considering the distance to the airport. Good grab-and-go breakfast options, but not much for those on a gluten-free diet. Parking is expensive, and inconsiderate guests allow their children the run of the public areas, including the exercise room, and management does nothing. The rooms are well laid out, but are showing age. The TV took 7 minutes to warm up, and wooden fixtures' veneer is peeling. The bathroom floor was never clean, and with no fan or working ac in the bathroom, the paint is bubbling and peeling. We had several issues with keys. I would probably stay again, but with adjusted expectations.

Clean and comfortable with modern design. Soft lighting and ambiant music, very good sound proofing for airplanes flying overhead. Fantastic shower. The sofa bed mattress was thin. 24-hour coffee, the breakfast is very light. Not many fruit options, and the turkey sausage was left in the open and dry. Though they do offer breakfast sandwiches and wraps. The neighborhood is rough, so nowhere to go if you don't have a car. Gated parking after dark.

Other than the power going out for a little while, the experience has been good. The decor is nice, room is clean and modern, full size refrigerator, the works. Customer service is top-notch and very convenient to the airport. Would definitely stay here again.

Very modern and comfortable hotel. Our room included a stove, dishwasher, sink, full-sized refrigerator, dishes, and very comfortable beds. Seemed a little warm, in general from an a/c perspective. Breakfast was decent, but I wished there were bacon and eggs. Location isn't exactly the best, but Otherwise a pretty nice place.
