Rooms are nice, sort of close to food but the best part is Angelina in the office. She knows all, who's coming and going which is nice on extended stays. Had a problem with my AC unit and she fixed it, Rockstar! Would've been a 3 star but Angelina goes above and beyond. She makes this place!

Worst extended stay hotel branch I have ever seen in USA.
I’m frequently traveling on my business trips and extended stay is favorite as they have kitchen and good breakfast with clean and neat room service but here they will will not clean your room even for week until you need to pay extra and other worst thing here is breakfast.
They said that they will provide free breakfast but here except one bread piece and coffee nothing they will provide.
Please check other branches how they are providing breakfast like fruits like oranges apples and banana and multiple variety of breads, coffee, cookies and what not.
Please maintain same standard quality how other extended branches are proving.
And another thing is price is too high $$$

The usual fair for extended stay. Good prices for the area can negotiate prices. Staff generally helpful but sometimes the front desk is vacant for some time. Rooms clean. But check your room as some are truly in need of upgrades so make the point and get a new room. My original room had the tub peeling off in shards so got new room. They did move me once I said so just say and get the room you want.

I stay at this hotel when ever I travel to San Diego for work. The front desk staff Samantha & Gladys are always friendly when I stay here. The rooms are clean & simple. I like that they have kitchens too. Thanks for the great customer service.

Cool and calm place to stay. Be prepared to do all stuff by your self. Room cleaning done once a week. Best part is you can cook your own food here. Restaurant are far from here so bring some thing to eat or prepare along

Overall a very nice stay. The bathrooms were small but still usable. There was no tv guide to the cable but there were lots to choose from. There is coffee, muffins, and granola bars in the morning. It was a good stay

Good basic living. Least expensive hotel in an already over priced corner of the city. It's nothing impressive, but they do a good job at the front desk & they have everything needs for their guests to get along.

I have visited this premises numerous times. Mostly for work. It is always a a pleasure to be greeted by the staff. The grounds keepers are also extremely friendly.

    Very disappointed. Four problems.
    1. I reserved a non-smoking room and my room smelled of smoke and even had an ashtray in it.
    2. When I am on the road I always stay in hotels that have kitchens and they all come equipped with silverware, dishes and pots and pans. Here I had to go to the front desk and ask for them and lug a big box of dishes and pots and pans to my room. Why do they think I pay extra to stay at a hotel with a kitchen if I don’t want to use it?
    3. The bathtub was dripping constantly. And I don’t mean a drip every few seconds, but a steady continuous drip. I thought they would want to fix that right away as there are drought conditions in California not to mention the cost of wasting water. I reported it twice to the front desk and was assured that their handyman would fix it. I stayed there 3 days and he never showed up.
    4. The TV remote didn’t work. It was not programmed correctly for the TV. Again I was reassured that the handyman would come and fix it. Again he never showed.
The people who worked there were very nice and polite, but their attention to detail is sorely lacking.

The room had a weird smell to it and there was still trash left in the room from previous guests. Thank goodness we were prepared with some Lysol, we used half the bottle to try to eliminate the odor. We've stayed in cheaper hotels that smelled better.

I am giving this 2 stars because at LEAST the front desk employees were nicehowever, unless this hotel is your last ditch effort, I DO NOT RECCOMEND STAYING HERE. The employees at the front desk were very kind and courteous, BUT the room was DISGUSTING to say the least!! As soon as we opened the door, the smell of Curry smacked us right in the face!! We didnt even inhabit the living room/kitchen quarters of our room, because it was so strong! Litterally no way of airing the room out because it was baked into the walls and furiture. Instant MIGRAINE! I called the front desk and asked for another room, however, they were completely booked this weekend..the only thing they could offer was a plug-in freshener, of which I pluged into the outlet next to the bed side. On that note, whenever we were at the hotel, we closed ourselves in the bedroom because the stench wasn't as bad! My husband also stepped on something in the bedroom that felt slimy and cold. when we picked it up with a napkin, it looked to be part of an onion! Gross! Makes me question how well these rooms are cleaned! For $480, I was NOT HAPPY! Buyer beware!!

Rooms were alright. Nothing too special. The kicker was that the internet was God awful. I could hardly even check my email, let alone watch any videos or Netflix. You think 2017 that internet is the FIRST thing a hotel would figure out, but no. After waiting on hold with tech support for 5 minutes, I was told the speed was normal. I even offered to pay to upgrade my internet, but I was told that service was not available.

The rooms are clean and the people at the front desk are very friendly. However, it is not located in a convenient location. You need to drive to get to any grocery stores or restaurants. Additionally, when you make your booking make sure you designate whether you want smoking or non-smoking. I was given a smoking room unfortunately, but the front desk was very helpful and gave me an air freshener and offered to a a non-smoking room when it came available.

Rooms need to be cleaned a little more thoroughly and repaired. The bathroom smelled like urine and mold. There's pink mildew on tub. Tub smells like urine. Walls in room have damage. I had to clean my own room and upon replacing the pillow shams for some clean ones, I discovered yellow stains on both my pillows. I had to go to the front office to grab new towels and sheets because housekeeping employees were "too busy" to clean my room. Lazy staff. Employees need to be more proactive and customer service oriented. Also, cars need hotel parking pass issued. I have seen people loitering and spending the night in their car.
However, I do like how the room has a kitchenette.

This is a good hotel. Staff is very cooperative. There is no access control or gate to this hotel, it is like an open building kind of place. This is situated in a calm and nice place. Room cleaning will be done once a week or only as per the request. Option for cooking is available. Iron box provided in every rooms. Grab and go breakfast is usually coffee, some chocolate bars and cupcakes.
