This is a great little get away. I talked to many people at breakfast the mornings I was there and many had just come from 2 or 3 hours away for just this motel. They have a friendly staff always ready to help. As disabled I find that a great advantage. Their free breakfast is very large. They have a heated pool and a hot tub. The hallways are wide enough for walkers or wheelchairs to pass along people coming the other way. There are snack machines and pop machines on each floor. The disabled parking is accessible. The rooms are also designed for walkers or wheelchairs.

Great location near I-15. Room was more than adequate and we even had a living room/suite for the same price. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Great breakfast. Very well run hotel and highly recommended.

This hotel was perfect for our needs. The pool was an amazing way to unwind after driving from Ontario. We have been traveling all over California for spring break and finding this hotel was a God send. We were able to walk to dinner and find attractions around the hotel easily.

Only stayed one night but was a good one. Large room, nice bathroom, good layout. Breakfast was good and I thought the coffee was excellent. Staff was nice people. Wife and I found a BBQ place named Mike's not to far away. It was excellent food. We will stay again if in the area.

The Escondido Hotel was a comfortable and quiet stay. It is located near the freeway for easy access when arriving and leaving, but not so close as to be a noise problem. Staff is friendly and we hope to stay here again later in the fall. The parking for the hotel is also convenient and well lit. There are stores and places to eat near-by but use of a vehicle is required for most. Great Spot.

I was able to make reservation and check in late at night. That was very much appreciated. Check in staff and check out staff were quite nice. Need better food at breakfast, but overall, the price was reasonable for a short stay and my room was very clean.

Good value. Friendly staff, one of the better hotel breakfasts, clean room. Great location: 1 minute to I15 and close to Stone brewery😄. Only complaint is the mattress too soft.

Or was overall good, the rooms were clean and nice. More then enough room for our family of 4. Breakfast in the morning was good and had plenty of food and variety. Was quiet, and weren't bothered by neighboring guests.

We were in Escondido for a wedding and had a group rate that was very good. The staff and amenities are excellent, great breakfast included and enjoyed the pool and spa! The location is convenient to the freeway and the staff were very friendly and helpful.We will certainly stay here again.

We have stayed here every year since 2010. The latest remodel has improved what was already a very comfortable place to stay. Also, choices were added to the breakfast selection that make for a good start to our day.
The staff is very courteous and efficient, as is the cleaning crew.
We will be back next year.

Family and I had a really nice stop after a full day at the safari park. Hotel was very close and convenient for us all. Pool was great for kids while the spas was perfect for me. Comfortable beds, nice tv, clean bathroom. Comforters were outdated and stale. We'd stay again indeed.

Had a room on the backside of the hotel which was nice and quiet, though I suspect a room on the freeway side might not be. The amenities are nice, and I enjoyed the pool. The rooms/decor are a little dated and the breakfast was only alright but overall it was a pleasant stay. I would stay here again.

I was greeted well as I came in. The decor of this Best Western is a lot better than what I'm used to seeing. The bed was both firm and soft and was like heaven's sent rest. Not much of a view from the back on the second floor, but it's quite pretty out front. The morning food is hard to judge, I was late, and for what was still out I felt nourished and it tasted good. They have a meat of the day, the night worker thought, waffle makers, juices, yogurt, fresh fruit, bagels, and more. A woman had an issue at the front desk, but the staff seemed very caring and helpful. Very experienced help with a good attitude. I had a great stay.
