No hot water and advised until last minute, no on time to reserve somewhere else, rude service, a take it or leave it kind of attitude, FedEx is being advise to don't send more drivers there anymore

Anna at the front desk was very friendly. I forgot my iPhone charger at home and she was nice enough to let me borrow hers so my phone wouldn’t die. The room was clean, good location close to the freeway. Thanks again Anna, great customer service.

I came here for the first time two months ago.. I have had a GREAT SERVICE.I rather come here than any other Motel in the area..I have been booking a room 3 to 4 days a week ever since. (( work related) . I can book a room any hotel in areaI fill safe here.. I have had allways good experience hereThank You Staff.Grat Job..

Surprisingly lovely! The room (205) was clean, had a cute nook with a table next to the bed, and was pretty spacious with a large TV. It also (amusingly) had a bottle opener attached to the wall.

Upon my arrival on September 27, 2017, the hotel staff was this snooty small girl telling me that she is putting me in a smoking room. I informed that I don't smoke and want to be put into non-smoking room.
She informed me that is what you booked when you reserved your room with Expedia. I informed her that I know how to book my rooms with Expedia as I have been a client with them for over ten years and there was. I thing about choosing between a smoking and an on-smoking room. She informs me that she can't do anything as it will affect the rate if she puts me in a non-smoking room and would have to call Expedia to have them correct it.
I did not come to this hotel to be arguing with incompetent people as I paid to stay the night. I should not have to calling Expedia and be put on hold and wait for them to tell me that the issue has been addressed and fixed and finally be able to check in. How simple is it to provide customer service?
If I had known that this was going to be a problem, I would have stayed else where.
As for the result, I took the room when I should have known better. It was like I had a ash tray for a room mate.response / report this review -

The room was very neat and comfortable. Its location is good for eating out, visit UC Riverside, and convenient for shopping as well. My questions and requests were responded clear and enough details.

Nice and clean little room! Perfect for a quick stay. Good price. Guest service was awesome and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place for friends and family traveling that way!

This motel 6 is behind the Arco next to the Carl's Jr. I stayed in room 221 which was upstairs, my stay was brief but comfortable everything was clean and tidy when I got to my room. The setup was perfect for a single person staying the night plenty of space, queen size matteress for sleeping. The water for the shower was always the temperature I wanted it to be which was perfect, towels provided for drying, washing, and even extra for other purpose's. Overall my stay was pleasant the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because there was limited parking and had to park slightly far away from my room.

We had an unexpected trip to Riverside Ca. It was a one night stay because of other obligations. I called it our dash and run trip as we were only going to sleep and leave. The front office went out of there way to help us with everything we needed as we are senior's in our 80's.

My overall experience was decent. The local community has college students, and a few street junkies, but with law enforcement around. I did hear a little ruckus at night from the junkies but law enforcement does a good job keeping them in line. The area itself is majestic and beautiful, and this motel for the price and location is worth it for quickie trips.

This place is better than sleeping in your car. Always where shoes. If you wear socks then you'll notice how dirty the floors are. The beds are hard as a rock. That's all I can say

Room was nice, seemed very new/clean looking. Memory Foam mattress was comfy. Nice Padded corner-bench seat with Table & Chair was a nice amenity as well.
Only two minor issues:
1) it was pretty faint, but it kinda seemed a little musty like a smoking room no longer used for smoking, as opposed to never-smoked-in, etc.
2) No shampoo in the room - Didn't miss it til I needed it :-]
Not the end of the world in either case. Overall - a 4.5 / 5 experience.response / report this review
