It's always nice when I go to their event rooms they are super clean and it's a pretty simple resort to navigate. I haven't stayed with them but it looks pretty nice and not too far from the strip.

The facility and rooms were very nice, quiet, comfortable. However, the room keys didn't work, even after having the front desk redo them. Finally had to have security let us into our room. Talked to the guy across the hall who was having the same problem and had resorted to putting something in his door to keep it open while he took a smoke break outside. Sad that this is what I will remember from such a pretty place.

Nice little cozy motel. Well looked after and pretty decent. We had two air conditioners in the room which keep us pretty cool through the stay in the desert.

Not helpful at all with our accommodations. First they couldn't find our reservation again and then We had to switch rooms because the pullout bed was falling apart. They downgraded our room and still made us pay the same price. The biggest pool isn't ever open and my kids had to share a pillow the first night because they said they didn't have anymore. We also had to request sheets because there wasn't any and only one tiny blanket. No apologies or help here. Just a lot of stuff falling apart

If I could leave 0 stars I would. We got bed bugs from staying here! The manager woulsnt do anything to comp for it. Disgusting is an understatement. The rooms are super dated. They look nothing like the photos. There are stray cats through out the resort. There is cat food on the lawn so they stick around. There was a spider on the bed when we walked in. The outlet in the bathroom didn't work so we couldn't use the blow dryer. There was no cold water. It was only hot coming out of the sink and shower. When we asked to switch rooms they said it wasn't possible at this time. I would never stay here again.

Wow, this might have been a resort back 30 years this is honestly a motel, not hotel.
    Very run down.
    Old.
Gift shop is closed most of the time.
    No spa.
    Peeling paint in our room.
    Pillows are rock hard.
It's run down and not worth the price they charge.
The restaurant was empty, and so was the bar.
    Very disappointed.

Place is very nice, I was actually surprised how nice it is. Rooms are very nice and comfy. Staff at the front was very slow and need to acknowledge customers at least. Other than that, I would definitely stay again.

Great for a relaxing stay in Vegas. Close to casinos on the strip but far enough away to be super quiet at night. Suites aren't fancy but have everything necessary for a low-key weekend. Staff were nice and service was fast.

Very nice on the outside: beautiful pools in a restful, peaceful winding courtyard area that was great for hanging out during the day (one glitch: the "heated" outdoor hot tub was not heated in any way we could detect). Inside the rooms was a different story: dated furnishings, crummy bed, ridiculous shower head mounted at about 5 feet (not good when you're six feet tall), and ants in one of our rooms. Pay attention, management! The restaurant was unexpectedly good, at least for the breakfast we enjoyed.

We stayed in a loft and it was great! It takes some time to fill up the jacuzzi tub but once it is filled with water and the jets are going, it is a great amenity. Staff was great as well - especially Joseph.

Joseph was very accommodating after he learned the first loft we were in wasn't satisfactory. Instead of sending someone to help us he came himself and not only got us another room but also helped with moving our belongings to the new room.

My wife and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

We stayed over the weekend. Had a decent room. Facility is a little dated but everything was mostly fine. Biggest complaint is the location, it's not great in my opinion. Price seems value for the money was pretty standard. Only recommended if you really can't find anything else.

Love it! Arrived 6 hrs early paid a tiny fee to check in early to find an amazing room. Fresh scent, no residue of any occupants before hand. Very affordable rates, thinking for the price i paid i would have stayed in a claus closet. My family and i we're impressed with the size comfort and overall stay. Definitely going back.

Stayed overnight for a friend's wedding. Both rooms were nice and seemed clean and well kept. Location was convenient and seemed safe. Didn't interact with any of the staff so I can't comment on service. Would have given 5 stars but I'm much taller than most and noticed some dust and a dead bug on the top of a ledge that most people would never see Also there was a dead ladybug on one of the curtains. Definitely not a big deal at all though The rooms did seem clean aside from those tiny observations. Would definitely stay there again.
