Very clean and fun. Stayed during their Halloween weekend and had a great time. Our kids had fun trick or treating and there was lots to do including a hayride and haunted barn.

More of a parking lot fell. Not very private. Poor wifi. No cell service coverage. Visitors need to pay extra. However it was quiet during quiet hours.

We camped there this summer and absolutely loved it. The kids enjoyed the playground, the pool, the fishing pond, the crafts they had all weekend, the ride on the firetruck, and seeing the Amish boys come by on their horses. The restrooms were immaculate. Bev and her staff were very helpful. We made reservations for the same week next summer! Only downside was canoing on the Mohican River on a Saturday - way too crowded. The scenery on the river was outstanding, so next year we will do the canoe trip on a Friday or a Monday - not the weekend.

Very clean and shady. Staff was super friendly even patched a flat tire on our car. That's what I call above and beyond service. Have to say the person who trashed it in her review was there when the 17 year locusts were out. Certainly not the campgrounds fault. I have stayed here many times, and we plan to return.

Campground is kept very clean. Kids had a lot of fun at the pool and the playground area. Older kids enjoyed watching the movie at the pavilion.

Only 2 real criticisms:

1. Make sure you're the only one taking a shower as I ended up with all cold water and it was not pleasant. Maybe an upgrade to tankless water heaters so everyone can shower without worrying how long it's been since someone else was in.

2. Also on the showers, when you catch a time when there is hot water it is nearly impossible to adjust the temperature. It's either all hot or all cold.

The restrooms and showers themselves are kept clean and nice, they just need a few functionality type upgrades.

Very unprofessional staff! I was called vulgar names and was threatened physically! Locusts saturation on the ground, in the trees, and crawling on my tent, my vehicle, in our food AND ON US! Had to stay the night inside our vehicle and could not sleep. BEWARE OF THE KOA IN BUTLER, OHIO!!! Worse than any scary movie ever made! Absolutely no customer service consideration at all!
