My dad and i had a great experience with Golling on telegraph. I was able to shop the vehicles in the show room and listen to my dad play the piano. Definitely plus to a buyers experience. Our previous sales personable left the company and we were set up with Rick. His personality matched mine perfectly and it was a pleasure to have him as my new “car guy.” Jeff got me approved and walked me through all th additional service options that we added to the vehicle for the next 3 years. I am more than happy with everything. I have always been A Jeep lover and would have always loved a Grand Cherokee. Being on a budget Rick got me into a new 2018 Compass. With all the right bells and whistles I am one happy girl ringing in the new year in style. I even sold my step mom on the car. ;) I will definitely be working with Rick when my lease is up. I just purchased a 2018 Jeep Compass from Marcus at Golling Chrysler/Jeep dealership.

Marcus sold us the vehicle and was fantastic to work with!!

This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Marcus and Golling and I highly recommend both!! He is very professional and made the entire sales process very easy! Golling has a great reputation and lots of inventory so you can easily find one that's right for you!

I'm so glad I went to Golling and worked with Heath. He worked with me to get me in the exact vehicle I wanted. They didn't have any on the lot and what they did have had extra features I didn't care for. He helped me out by building the exact vehicle I wanted. It took about 8 weeks so we planned ahead so when my current lease was ending my new Jeep Compass Trailhawk was waiting for me. Thanks Heath for the great customer service and for helping me get in the exact vehicle I wanted! I will be back when my lease is up.

I would like to personal thank Adam Osgood my service advisor for all of his help with the service concerns I had with my Dodge Dart. Adam went above and beyond to make sure they things we taken care. I specifically want to mention that he was very professional and courteous to my wife when she brought the vehicle in and when she returned to pick it up. I was forced to communicate with Adam through email and over the phone because my job has relocated me to Texas. My wife is currently still in Michigan and was unfortunately the one who had to take the vehicle in.
With that said, I was able to email Adam all of our concerns with the vehicle. He was very prompt at responding and keeping me informed on the status of my vehicle. He was able to get my wife into a rental vehicle for the time period in which our vehicle was in service. Adam and his team were able to address all of our concerns and ultimately able to get them corrected. I truly appreciate everything Adam was able to assist my wife and I with concerning our vehicle and the repairs. After speaking with my wife when she picked up the vehicle, she says everything is working great and the car is running great. Thank you Adam and The team at Golling Chrysler for your level of professionalism and completing our service needs in a timely manor. I also appreciate the level of communication and timely responses to my emails. I would definitely recommend this dealership for anyone’s service needs on their Chrysler vehicle. The best car buying/leasing experience ever!! We were between 2 dealerships but Golling did an amazing job to make sure they were the best choice for us! Golling gave us a better deal, they were faster, more efficient, and were understanding of exactly what we wanted! Honestly felt like family!! Teri Sullivan will be our go-to person from now on!! She was truly wonderful and on top of everything! We were able to handle most everything over the phone so when we got to dealership is was fast and easy! Also one of the largest most beautiful dealership I have ever seen!! Now I can't wait for our chevy lease to be up so we can switch that to a Chrysler from Golling also!! This has to be the most paramount dealership in Michigan. The quality of the people are second to none. We have a dealership 5 minutes from my home but will never go there. We actually drive 35 minutes to this facility. We also would like to complement our service advisor Adam. He was very attentive and kept us informed on the progress of our vehicle since we were waiting for it to be completed. We also had no appointment since the car was having an unexpected failure. Best dealership and advisor in the area.

Overall good experience! The gentleman who sells the warranties was awesome wish I remembered his name. The sales associate Randy was also helpful. I only rated it 4 stars due to how long the process for signing for the car was, that was the longest it has ever taken for me. As well as I thought it was pretty cheap that they gave me a brand new car with less than a half tank of gas.That was a first time, any other dealer has given me a full tank of gas with a new car. I ended up having to fill gas not even two days of having the car.

I had never rated dealerships online until I went to Golling. I was so impressed when I leased my Charger 2 years ago and have never had any issues with the dealership since (and I do visit every couple months).

Cooper Shelley was an awesome, low pressure but informed salesman and helped me pick out the car I needed. I would highly recommend anyone to go here to lease or buy their next car. 3 of the people I recommended ended up getting their next Jeep there and actually enjoyed the experience!

I received amazing service from Adam on my 2007 Jeep grand Cherokee Overland. The bearings on the front differential have been squeaking on me, so I called in and got an estimate. The price was very reasonable and thoroughly explained. 100 miles ago I replaced my brakes so I asked them to look over the wheels and check the bolts for me and they did at a very low cost and even included a tire rotation. Adam has done great to keep me informed about the service. Can't wait to pick it up at the end of the day!

Our experience with Vans was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable about the process, and took care to make sure we were placed in a vehicle that fit our buying needs and financial situation. We didn't feel like we were just being sold a vehicle to meet a monthly quota, but instead we were dealing with someone who had our best interests in mind. I bought my used Dodge Journey, back in October.
I get free oil changes for as long as I own this car.
Mason took great care of me today. My oil is changed, they rotated my tires for under $20.00. He said my shocks and struts are in great shape, when another place told me U should change them.
All of that in less then an hour, and they washed my baby and inspected my windshield for chips.

Buying my 2017 Dodge Durango from Golling was a great experience. My salesman Liam was especially helpful, he would listen to what I was looking for and find a way to ensure I was getting what I want at the best price possible. His hard work, polite demeanor and non-aggressive sales tactics make it easy to trust that he is doing everything he can to ensure you get what you want.

The purchase process was very quick and easy, I was able to take delivery the same day and the car was pristine when I picked it up.

I love my new car and based on my experience here I would definitely return to Liam so long as he is selling cars I am interested in.
