Cute for local weekend or tourist type shopping. Nevertheless, I love the food you have cupcakes and crepes
Chocolate and hot chocolate pastries!
There is a spa, a biker shop, which was amazing! The staff in the biker shop was friendly and funny. In fact, she gave tips on great places to go; such as, a mirror maze next door to her shop, which was so much fun! Me and my goddaughter were lost in it for a little while.response / report this review -

Oh my goodness! This shopping center is adorable! The shops all look like a little bavarian town and are themed mostly to that as well. There's a ton if great gift stores and places to eat. Most are reasonably priced except for the beef jerky shop!

I love this place. So much fun, lots to do. We took a break to rest and there was hula hoops, and bean bag toss, and rope toss to keep the kids busy. Lots of really nice shops and merchandise and the candy, and fudge shops are a must.

If you are out and about and ever able to visit this place then I know you won't be unhappy with your decision. This place is just beautiful to walk around and have lots of different shops and also the cupcake place that was on tv for being the bestsome places offer samples of wine and food for free. Lovely place is really all I can say for the family. Take the kids, your dogs, your strollers and enjoy the shop's. Some stores allow pets in and some do not.

I love visiting Frankenmuth. Other then the fact that its just so beautiful, walking around from shop to shop is just incredible. I've only been a few times to River Place but I can say with certainty that I've never been disappointed. There is always something to do. Something to see. Something to eat and drink. Will continue to travel to Frankenmuth for years to come.

Love these shops in Frankenmuth so much! Try the Popcorn Wagon for the best selection of gourmet popcorn, and you can taste it before you buy it. Had to get a candle at the Yankee Candle shop. And got a sparkly pumpkin at Girl Talk.

Interesting and unique shops in this little indoor/outdoor mall. Ample parking and pleasant atmosphere. There are various boutiques, a huge t-shirt shop with custom capabilities, a artisan olive oil shop, and the most appealing was the Grand Traverse Distillery tasting room which also had a nice selection of Black Star Farms wines to taste as well.

The shops at River Place offer a variety of merchandise. Emilie B's and Calla Lilies are especially interesting. The women's clothing lines in both places are not what the regular shopper is used to. Upscale, colorful, and the finest materials are displayed throughout both stores. You can spend a whole day strolling in and out of all the stores at River Place, but the most enjoyable time was at Emilie B's and Calla Lilies!

A few stores that were very appealing and some others with cheap items. The cupcake shop has the most delicious cupcakes ever tasted. They are better than Sprinkles. They are pricey but worth every penny. You will find no better!!

It was a cute shopping area! It's the type of place that you would plan to go to if you needed something. I wouldn't recommend going here for a random shopping day. Oh, and one of the cupcake shops won Cupcake Wars a few years ago. I thought that was cool.

I thought it would be a square more for kids but it wasn't. My grandson managed to fine one store to buy putty. He was all done with walking. He likes walking down the streets better.

Nice little shops. Some are interesting others just sell the same junk you'd see at other touristy places. There's a neat little hobby shop where you can rent and drive radio controlled cars on their indoor track. Also a small arcade.
