Spacious rooms with a good location. Near to the George Washington bridge to access New York Manhattan. There is WiFi access in the rooms. Furniture and fittings may be a little aged and worn. They serve breakfast early to allow more time to commute into NYC.

ROOM WAS INFESTED WITH INSECTS. MANAGEMENT DID CHANGE MY ROOM, THEY LATER DENIED THE PRESENCE OF INSECTS DESPITE MY WITNESS. OTHER GUESTS ALSO COMPLAINED ABOUT BUGS AND THEIR COMMENTS WERE REMOVED.

Overall, I had a positive experience at DoubleTree. The check in went smoothly and they gave free cookies. The room service is great as well. The only slight problem is that there's not many shops in walking distance but that's more of a personal preference thing since I like walking outdoors recently. There is a Starbucks nearby which is nice. Also, there is a small gym and pool for guests which is nice.

Nice room and great customer servicehowever, no microwave or refrigerator in the room or available to guest unless you are on a higher floor. It would have been nice to be informed of this while booking my room (over the phone). Also, no complimentary breakfast.

Great staff! This location is a little older with some upgrades. The staff and service shine here and it's a convenient location for my business trips, as long as you underatand the traffic patterns. Easy to get in and out, free parking, good gym and pool, and you've gotta love the cookie.

House keeping starts knocking on doors at 8am which was the most annoying part of the stay. We also had one day where we only got one towel and another day when we didn't get house keeping service at all. Otherwise no real problems if you need to stay here.

Nice hot tub. No complementary breakfast. Overall experience good. Half and half was expired, smoke detector problems kept is awake for a while but nice staffman helped us out. Would stay again.

This hotel is old and nasty. It's not clean. However the bartender and wait staff are amazing! The food is amazing!!! My family spent time there while moving and it felt like home. Also, the pool and jacuzzi were great!

Hotel was well maintained. Free wifi. Has indoor swimming pool and a hot tub with a jacuzzi. There was a Cafe and Sushi restaurant, which food taste good. Bathroom is also pretty clean. My room was $120 a night. Only complaint is room didn't come with a fridge, and costs $25 to get one. They are also ice and vending machines. Overall, I would come here again.

I have stayed here a handful of times for convenience factors but management needs to get some things under control. The price is fine, the rooms are fine but what isn't fine is that each and every time I have gone, there has been some sort of inconvenience. First time I stayed, I unpacked my bags and then realized the AC was broken. After an attempt to fix it by hotel staff, I had to move to another room. The second time I stayed, the TV did not work and I was too tired to change rooms. The cookies are great, but save the dough and have the attendants please go through a proper checklist to make sure everything is in working order.

Very conveniently located to GWB and has quite a lot of amenities one can get in this hotel. Sushi restaurant and tons of parking is a big plus. Indoor pool is a plus and Business Center room comes very handy to send fax, check emails, boarding pass etc.

I went to the Hilton to go to a professional event. They had really good service and offered cookies. They had water and it was an elegant area. The rooms were nice. Overall, it was awesome!!!

Location is tricky. Easy to miss the exit. Visited SUGI, the Japanese Restaurant at the hotel. It's a good place to dine at if you're near by or staying at DoubleTree.

Honestly one of the best hotel experiences I've had. The staff was so friendly and helpful, even when we were in the wrong, and the $10 into the city was pretty awesome as well. Housekeeping was very consistent, and respected our property while still cleaning up our room. Bathrooms, coffee, and water bottles were always stocked, and everything was very clean. The restaurant downstairs had great food and a relaxing environment for any time of day. Overall, just a great experience at a hotel with great people! I will definitely be staying at another Hilton soon.
