The Ramada employees were all very friendly and helpful. When I checked in, I had requested a ADA compliant room but the room I was given was not. They did not have one available. Two hours later they called to say that they did have one available now and moved me to the ADA room. It made me feel better, knowing that I had grab bars to help me in and out of the shower. The staff worked to get the room ready for me and I appreciate it.

I absolutely love this place it's comfortable pet friendly awesome staff, balcony with every room Theresa and Carlos are the Best they go out of there way to make you at home. Great breakfast and Bar good dinner, would recommend to anyone👍

We didn't know what to expect, because you can't always tell by pictures. This motel is very nice for the money. We're here for the dog show and Tess, our Doberman, was very welcomed here. Big grassy area for her to potty. Room was very clean and has a small balcony. We we're happy with this motel.

Teresa is absolutely wonderful. Great customer service skills, knowledge and very friendly. Always encountered a clean, extremely friendly environment with a great staff upon each arrival/departure . Rooms are amazing and clean. Pool is awesome. Good is really good too. Thanks for this super cool experience! Teresa is # 1!

Brent and Charles the check in people were very nice and accommodating to my family. The rooms are recently renovated and are very clean and comfortable. The area is nice and quiet. The beds are comfortable. Overall a fantastic experience. We will be back.

The hotel was great. No issues with the room. If you can get a business suite do it. They are massive and amazing.

The restaurant is what killed my stay there. The service was slow. We had to wait about 20 minutes before having to grab a server to get any service. The server had said "we don't normally have this happen" in reference to the restaurant having customers. The food was as good as it could get for about $13.

Overall the hotel is very nice and clean and pleasant to stay in. Just avoid the restaurant.

I enjoyed my stay at Armada Raleigh. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff friendly and very helpful, and the breakfast buffet helped me start the days right! I highly recommend this place.

The hotel is nice. I am there as a vendor at a small conference. Their advertised 6 ft tables are unusually small. 6 ft by 18 inches maybe? It made for a very interesting setup. On the bright side, they have very friendly staff, a nice sized bar and restaurant as well as a nice poolside veranda. They also have a beer cooler/kiosk by the front desk for anyone who needs an early afternoon refreshment before the bar opens.

First time at a Ramada. Enjoyed my time here. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Ended up having lots of free time to explore the place. The gym is small, but it does have one, and we used it. The court yard is very pretty at dusk (It reminded my sister and I of the gardens from the Nancy Drew PC game - Shadow at the waters edge, if anyone is familiar with that.), and we spent some time just relaxing by the plants. Free Full Hot breakfast buffet included, which made the little extra we payed to stay here worth it, as we didn't have to spend eating out. Out room had a sliding glass door that lead to a little private patio area. Since we were on the ground floor that also made it easy to have direct access to our room from the car to bring in/out heavy luggage. Just be sure to lock the door at night.
