It does not have breakfast included but it has very clean rooms, and the hotel facilities in general are very good, rooms with smart televisions, the rooms are small but have everything that is needed for a good stay, and have high speed Wi-Fi internet for guests totally free.

This is a safe and decent hotel that we stay when we visit Tucson to see relatives.
I am upgrading it to 5 stars because I found out the hard way that Marriott Courtyard is much better than other hotels in the area.

It was a very clean hotel in a good location. The staff were very helpful and attentive. I had a good stay. The only thing they didn't have was a continental breakfast. Kind of disappointing but not a big deal.

Clean and updated. Beautiful pool and courtyard area.. only complaint is that the lights by the sink weren't very bright. Loved having a balcony.

Courtyard by Marriott is always a good choice. Using an Android navigation system it was still a bit dicey to find after a 2 hour drive, since another Marriott property was right next door. Past that confusion, it was everything I expect from Marriotts. Clean, comfortable room, good service and convenient location. Here are a a couple of pics.

Location is good, not far from a large mall and plenty of choices for food and drinks in the area. Rooms seem to be newly remodeled so they are pretty nice. Our room to have two large stains in front of the sink (possibly from makeup) that wasn't great. The bigger problem is the light that shines around the door from the hallway outside the room, it literally lights up the room. If you like it very dark this will be a problem for you. That and our room was by the ice machine so it was noisy everytime someone got ice. Don't get me wrong it's a good room for the price.

Although I was able to check in early, none of my room preferences were met. The front desk staff did not advise of any of the amenities such as breakfast times etc. Service could be steded up a tad

Very clean and comfortable and upgraded. Rooms are very attractively arranged for both the business traveler and tourist. If I come to Tucson again I'll stay here.

Food served for lunch was good. Tuna salad was not like a cheapo gas station tuna sandwich. Was good and appeared appetizing.

Staff was professional and helpful. Room was clean and well stocked. No complaints. I wish they would have had one of those breakfast bars.
