I was the only Vegan/Celiac at my company breakfast party and I was worried that there would be nothing for me to eat because of this. The waitress and chefs were so accommodating and went out of their way to find something for me. They made me a huge plate of crispy hash browns with a fresh and delicious fruit mix of strawberries, blueberries, watermelon, cantelope and grapes. I am so appreciative of their efforts and I have shared my story with other Vegan friends of mine.

The staff are always friendly and accomodating. My mother wanted a picture of me in front of the scenery and a man offered to take our picture without us asking. We saw him multiple times throughout the day and he was always kind. I'm younger and wasn't as dressy as some of the people there but was never treated as less of a guest. I was touring the grounds inspecting them for my future wedding reception.

We arrived late due to a delayed flight and the first room we got smelled of smoke. It's supposed to be a non-smoking hotel. They were accommodating and quickly moved us to another room. The second room was much better but the design was poor. The shower door opened into the toilet and also leaked water which left a giant puddle on the floor. For the amount paid per night, this wasn't worth it. It could use a renovation.

Been coming here for the past twenty years. Great for a quick getaway or family reunion. Popular spot for wedding. Most hotel staff is friendly. Dee who works the front desk has been there for a least a decade (if not more). She's always helpful and friendly. Great views of the city. Close to wonderful restaurants and shopping. Most rooms are over seven hundred sq ft with patios, walk in shower, etc. Very spacious rooms, friendly service, views of city and mountains, spa amenities, gym, courts, Starbucks, and beautiful desert landscape. Why stay anywhere else?

Stayed at this.place once before several years ago. The problems i remember then have not been fixed. They are not deal breakers just big time annoyances. The rooms are roomy. The bed was blown out not very comfortable. The maid service was horrible. Horrible I say. The trash in the room was not taken out. They did not leave extra towels as requested. Bummer. I do love this place, but the bed and maids must be fixed.

Loved staying here when I was last in Tucson. The customer service is excellent with 24 hour check-in and many people on the grounds offering to help or teach you about the plants. We enjoyed the trails, pool, and plethora of humming birds!

I'm not one to typically be picky but there are expectations when staying at a resort.
First, when we arrived our room was 45 minutes late for us to check in. I've been to a lot of resorts and I've never had to wait for check in when I arrive at the specified check in time.
Second, we called the front desk for a wine opener. They said they would bring it to our room. The wine opener never arrived. This may sound trivial but it's a resort and that should not have happened.
Third, the resort does not reflect the quality seen on the website. It looks run down in some places, and the buildings are in need of minor repair. The point is this does not meet the standards of a 4 star resort.
I hope this review is helpful and will Invoke needed changes. There are a few other issues but they are not worth mentioning at this time.response / report this review -

Was a pretty nice place! Would be better if shuttle went further than three miles from resort though. Good food. Good bar. Nice staff.

Breathtaking views, spacious rooms, and scrumptious offerings from the Gold Room are only part of the excellence Westward Look provides. Do you enjoy lounging by the pool? There are several to choose from. Have a game of ping-pong or bean bag toss. Ride a horse along a scenic trail, birdwatch, visit the butterfly garden, pamper your body and soul with a massage; these are just a few offerings at this Wyndham resort. The staff is beyond fabulous, able to make all your dreams reality (within reason)

The resort is charming and service has been mostly good. The resort is a little run down. The room is run down, a few things are broken. The floor was filthy. The patio is dirty. I am paying summer prices but I don't think I would come back and pay full prices with so many other resorts close by and nicer or more updated. The stay and play voucher for breakfast is not as much money as I had hoped. But all that said, the resort does have a certain charm and personality that is very winning. I love the feeling like you are in the heart of the desert. The area is beautiful.

I was here for a teaching conference and was wary of other reviews. Lesson learned: don't listen to other people!! This hotel is amazing. They even let the conference guests check in at 8:30 in the morning, which no hotel let's you do!! The garden on grounds is peaceful, the pools lovely and beautiful, the walking paths amazing, the room spacious and comfortable. I will definitely be back on my own time with the hubby!

This was a gorgeous hotel. I was amazed just from the landscaping on the driveway up. The views of the mountains and the city were spectacular. The lobby had a southwestern charm with welcoming staff.
The room was very spacious! I love the high wooden ceilings, the floor length mirror and the large bathroom with a skylight. The room was very clean and the beds/pillows were so comfy. I slept better than I do at home.
We weren't too far from downtown Tucson either; maybe a 20 minute drive.
I would definitely recommend staying here when you're in Tucson.response / report this review -

Resort was very nice. Staff was great. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The landscaping was gorgeous and we enjoyed walking around the premises. In the evening we relaxed with live music and swimming. We will certainly be coming back.

We've been here 3 times and love it. The grounds are extensive and impeccably manicured. The walking trails are beautiful with their variety of desert flora. This hotel is also spread out, not a glass tower and the rooms are quite nice. The food at the restaurant is delicious and quite reasonable. It is in a beautiful part of the Catalina foothills area of Tucson. This is our go to place in Tucson.

This resort is easy to find, yet still tucked away enough to make one feel as though they are secluded from the city. It's close to restaurants and activities, and it only took about twenty minutes to drive to downtown Tucson. The rooms provide a clean yet cozy feel, and the wood ceiling was especially unique and beautiful. Housekeeping was courteous and made sure we had everything we needed. The grounds are well kept and display multiple types of cactus and trees. Overall, the stay was wonderful.
