Terrific service. They took the time to make sure they were ordering the part that was needed to be sure it was accurate. Very prompt and friendly in their delivery of the service and product.

Ordered an engine for a BMW to have it shipped to our shop in Iowa. They had the engine, and they were quick to get it and ship it. Customer service seemed good, and they were pleasant to speak to. Received the engine, and unfortunately, it was not looked over before they sold it because the oil pan was ruined (from the accident it was in), and we had to spend extra time and labor costs to transfer the oil pan from one engine to another. They also cut wires that shouldn't have been cut so those had to be transferred as well. Basically it was not a "complete engine ready to install" as was claimed. Called back after we found out about the oil pan, and was told that we would be able to get some of the money back, but they needed to talk to the boss. Didn't get a call back that day so I called the next day, and they said they had been super busy (which definitely could have been the case), but this went back and forth for longer than a month. Called again and was told that they couldn't refund any money since the pan and other parts were transferable from another engine, even though we spent an extra 4 hours of labor transferring these. This engine was sold "complete, ready to install" which should have only taken the labor time that we were charging for, but instead we had to eat about $400 ourselves. They are good at getting you to buy and getting you the part, but they do not hold up if something goes wrong or they sell a bad part. I thought price was pretty comparable to the other salvage yards that we had looked at. Will not be ordering parts in the future.

Great experience. These guys are dedicated professionals in the recycled and aftermarket parts business. As an auto repair shop owner, I've relied on them for years to fit my needs and always appreciate their professionalism, extensive inventory, and competitive pricing. Can't beat it with a stick.

Thank you for the new trailblazer taillights that is awesome you can get new parts for a fraction of what they would have cost other places "not just the dealer" and can have them the next day. To be honest i was only going to purchase the left side but after hearing the price i had to purchase both. You guys are life savers

Treated me like I was wasting their time (and I wanted to do everything myself). Went out in the yard, found what I thought i needed, walked back, asked for a quote and the prices were crazy expensive. Got home, found brand new OEM parts online for way less than they quoted me for the used parts. I was fine if they wanted high value for the parts, but how they treated me with that combination sealed the deal, no thanks

Snobby, awful customer service. Asked them for a specific used wheel on the phone. They said they had it. When I got there, they did not help me find it at all. When I was told the one I grabbed is correct, I bought it ( for 12 bucks which is the ONLY positive thing out of this while experience). Guess what? The wheel does not fit my car. Most awful experience ever. I DO NOT recommend going here.
