I've picked up my employee lease at this location several times (normally through Tony) and, even though their commission on MB employee leases is minimal at best, I've never been treated with anything less than what would be considered stellar courtesy.

I love this Mercedes dealership. I drive just over an hour for service. Thank you to Ken for taking care of my service needs and getting me on my way in a timely fashion. Always get extra pampering and a ride to near by shopping if there is a wait. THANK YOU MERCEDES BENZ OF ST CLAIR SHORES!-Stefani

The people here are very nice considerate as far as communication they are very bad the service department never has the parts that you need for your vehicle and usually take longer to get the job done also make sure if you buy a used car get everything in writing that they need to do to make you happy also make sure the vehicles up to your standards before taking it off the lot myself I bought a used S550 only drove it a total of maybe 10 times from the beginning of the year the vehicle has been here just as many times feels as if it was not really worth my time purchasing this vehicle there are only a handful of people here that really take their job seriously and you can notice it right off the back who they are. I really hope that the owner sees this and make the adjustments that he needs to make.

Pathetic, rude and condescending! I called to schedule a recall appointment for a Sprinter Van which I have had serviced here before (poorly, already no plans of returning but they are the only dealer that does Sprinter work). The manager said…"I must bring it in for 'inspection' before we will order parts knowing that I was 3 hours away. Inspection for a recall? I questioned this and the manager became extremely rude and snide about it when I questioned the logic of that request and cited the recall letter from Mercedes which said simply… "call your local dealer and schedule an appointment and the fix takes under an hour, sorry of the inconvenience." Then I promptly called another dealer and they ordered the parts for me immediately and scheduled an appointment. After telling them about the experience at St. Clair Shores they offered me a free old change! Also I explained this issue in a VM to the dealership manager and he never returned the call (coward). Unbelievably bad place to get service for your Mercedes. STAY AWAY.

Went here looking at a new luxury sedan and I was negotiating a price for one I liked as a purchase and the salesperson told me one price and said to come back the next day and take it. When I came back the next day the salesperson raised the price by $3000. When I asked why? She said she never offered the low price. Instead of honoring their word the salesperson said since I can't afford said luxury car I should look into a dodge neon or ford focus which was a insult coming from a benz dealer so I left. This place doesn't deserve my business I went elsewhere and bought a luxury car. This place thinks that because you try to negotiate that your poor or something which isn't the case. They do discriminate economically.

Very bad customer service I hated being there. They gave me a loaner without inspecting it with me to confirm everything is good because it was raining outside. I got home and seen a bubble on the tire the mirror got damage on it, and the front Mercedes emblem was damaged I called them they told me they were going to bill my insurance or credit card so I had to pay out-of-pocket to fix these things that was damaged from them because they kept threatening to charge me regardless . They have the most attitude . They are unprofessional I do not recommend anyone to go there going there was my only option because I need a loaner

I walked in over the weekend and knew exactly what I wanted. I didn't even ask for a test drive. I knew it would have to be ordered so all I wanted to know was the price and when it could get in. Was planning on paying cash for a very expensive car. I'm not sure if it was because I look young or he didn't take me seriously but mid process of telling the sales manager what I wanted in the car he went over to help someone else and never came back. I self wrote down what I wanted in the car. I have not heard back from them. A car dealership is supposed to sell me a car and they did not, so 1 star.

We made a long trip to this dealership after we set an appointment with a salesperson. When we got there something very disturbing happened. A man greeted us when we got there who made us feel very uncomfortable. He kept asking us to work with him and made a rude remark about the salesperson before he walked away. After driving for a good half an hour that is the last thing we expected to see especially at a Mercedes-Benz dealership. Our salesman was very nice and this is why we came back. We will be buying a car in the near future, however on the way home we decided it would be better the deal with Novi dealership as they were much more professional.

This was my first experience requiring a tow in general, leading me to my first visit to the St. Clair Shores Mercedes-Benz dealership. The service center there was absolutely outstanding. They assisted me through the process {Zonte and Joy} including answering my questions and being honest on the potential damage costs ahead. My GLA required an overnight stay and I was provided a car to get me through until the repairs were complete. Thank you for making an inconvenient experience as convenient as possible!

Husband called-in the morning to schedule my car for consultation for a body repair. He was told to bring the car in at 1:30 and they'll take a look. So far so good. He got there and was told to take the car to a Toyota dealership because that is where their collision shop is. Would have been nice to be for warned about having to go to a different location for a body repair. I called them to question them about this, I was given the excuse that maybe the person that scheduled didn't remember about the relocation of their collision shop?????. I guess these people at this shop/dealership are the only people that work in the entire world and the rest of us just drives around aimlessly with no time limit or schedule to follow whatsoever.
