New to the East Side and a former Pat Milliken Customer I was very pleased with the service, continued contact and courtesy at the dealership. Showroom under construction was in chaos but posed no inconvenience and was done and shiny new by the time I picked up my plates. Was a little disappointed that the car I originally wanted was sold though I had left a $100 deposit but was warned since I had not specified between two vehicles that I would have to do so ASAP and of course by the time I did the decision was no longer available to me. I am happy with my "2nd" choice and will probably will remain so in the long run since I ended up with a pricier model, with AWD, which I am loving in the 9" of snow.

We have long had great service experience with Roy O’Brien even with vehicles not purchased there. We have now have bought 2cars from them - the most recent was yesterday. The transaction was fast and no surprises. The salesman (Joe) even delivered the second set of wheels/tires to my house!

Great experience with the sales staff and especially Jerry Fortner. If only they'd finish construction of the new showroom. It was hard getting my wife's power wheelchair into the sales area and there's no privacy in that bullpen. We were searching for a specific type of vehicle for a mobility conversion. Ended up Ford couldn't help us with that one (due to a specific wheelchair lift requirement), but we were so happy with them, we went back and bought a vehicle for me! Second vehicle we've purchased from Roy O'Brien and it probably won't be the last.

Great service, nice people. Treat you very well. In addition Jerry Fortner is the most accommodating sales person. Went above and beyond to find the spec I wanted in my escape! I dealt with ROB for 22 years, and the last time I was in for service, which took 2 days to diagnose. I got bad news, so I decided to shop for new wheels instead of repairing my 7 YO Flex (which I did love). Ford did not have good incentives on the vehicles I was interested in. So I checked out two others on my short list and ended up buying a "bowtie". The deal was fantastic, even without an employee plan. I'm pleased with the SUV.

I have been going to this Ford location for nearly 20 years and it has always been the most pleasant experience. But, recently I had gone in for an oil change. The staff was so sterile! there really wasn't a warm welcoming and I've always been greeted with the largest smiles. what have they done to the staff? I asked the lady who helped me a couple of questions regarding my car. Instead of possibly asking the mechanic to look at my car a little better. she fluffed me off with a very vague answer and asked that I go and sit back in the waiting room. I don't approve of such behavior. I expect to be treated better the next time I decide to have my car worked on.

Went the extra mile when my new car did not come in at the expected time, they arranged for a free loaner. Salesperson, Mary Bleich, was exceptionally helpful. Very accommodating. Great follow up. I will definitely use this dealership and salesperson for my next vehicle.

I was in a rough patch with my old truck, it needed to much maintenance and I was still making payments on it. So i decided it was time to upgrade. Roy O Brien Ford made everything super easy. The gentleman i worked with was Jim Barker, he was very good. Easy going and not pushy. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Thanks again for all the help guys!
