Fast and top notch service, leather chairs, big screen TV and continental breakfast in the lounge. Oil change, tire rotation, all point checks, car washed in less than an hour wait! I almost want to keep it secret, but I gave them my word on a review (They even offer a loaner even for an oil change)!

Entering and exiting Bob Maxey you get great service. From the staff to the maintenance of the car. They're a great crew. I don't use the shuttle service they have, because I wait there for my car. Which is always done in acceptable time. The amenities there while waiting is much appreciated. I highly recommend this dealership.

Stopped in to lease a jeep. What a joke! I gave all the info required. I was ready that day to drive off the lot in a new jeep & to my dissatisfaction was told that there system was down. I didn't here back from the until a day latter-late in the day. So I leased a jeep somewhere else and so glad I did because I got a sweeter offer at Snethcamp Chrysler.

Met with the salesman Paul. He knows how to pamper and handle clients with desires beyond the stats of a car. He was on time, prompt, had the car ready and did Not waste my time. Very knowledge and did not mind at all that closing time was approaching like the other salesman guy did behind us. I am in sales for luxury high end diamonds so I was impressed by his promised follow through. If you want a Lincoln.instead on Paul waiting on you.
