This is easy been coming up from San Diego for years there is no other
Hotel I stay at it has always been my choice. As a matter of fact my
Grandkids call it Grandpa's house. Lol I have confidence the BW will

Very clean room with helpful staff. Guests above us were playing loud music. We could hear running on upper floor. Overall a very good value.

The staff were wonderful during our stay, breakfast was always hot and fresh. Our suite was always clean and smelled freshly cleaned. Third time staying at this location and will be back.

Just stayed at this location October 20th. My mother got us a room for our wedding. The nice lady who she set it up with, I believe her name was Maria, set us up with a suite. Amazing service, great room. Huge bed, pillows were to soft for my liking but still slept like a baby. I highly recommend this location to anyone. I will defintly be staying there again soon.

This was a fantastic place to stay. I do not have one complaint. The place is beautiful the breakfast was delicious the women in the kitchen were very friendly helpful and went beyond. I enjoyed every minute. Yessenia in the breakfast area was amazing. I would stay here anytime and recommend it to anyone needing a room in this area!

Room was peaceful, and room service kept it clean. I really enjoyed my stay. Staff was approachable/friendly. Continental breakfast had a wealth of options, and I never walked away hungry. Plenty of food/shopping in area. I would stay again, and recommend to others.

I love this Best Western. Everything is wonderful. Only issue are the TV channels. Other then that for the price I give it 5 stars.

Best Western is my families go to hotel when we travel, as well as mine for work. This location was in poor condition. The wall and ceiling was covered in black shoe marks. The walls were a yellow color but on wall which looked like it was repaired had large white paint marks through out. The caulking at the bottom of the outside and inside of the tub was black and brown in which it looked as if it was black mold growing. There was a picture in the bathroom/shower area that had green mold growing. like I said I only stay at best western and I can honestly say I will not stay at this location again.

The hotel rooms are dated. The first room I stayed in looked like the A/C unit was 50 years old and it made a horrible squealing sound. However, the head of housekeeping was very accommodating in helping me to change rooms. In addition, on one of the days during my stay, I received new toilet paper in my room and when I opened the outer paper, several bugs came out of the toilet paper roll. The internet is also slow (not high speed as advertised) and when calling the front desk prior to checking out, I was hung up on twice. The only pluses, the housekeeping staff are very friendly and the location is ideal.

My stay was for 3 days with family. The parking space and entry were spacious. Elevators were accessable and roomy for transporting heavy or bulky items. Rooms and bathroom were clean and well supplied. Small refrigerator was within the room as well as a small portable oven. Service was very accommodating with a charming continental breakfast kitchen available till 6am-9am, self serve style with eggs, sausage patties, cereal, fruit, waffle maker, yogurts, breads, coffee, some juice. Jacuzzi was available at decent hours. Fast food and market were within walking distance. Other guests were polite, friendly and overall respectful. Hallways were decently lit. This hotel stay was better than average and fairly priced. A good stay for anyone.

I enjoyed my stay and the staff took care of my needs immediately. I had a nice clean room on the end by the elevator. Easy to get to and from. Breakfast was tasty. I would stay here again. :)

I enjoyed my experience at Best Western with my family. The only thing was that we had went during a busy time (Saturday Night) when there were some parties going on. But other than that we has a good time, the staff were very helpful and the continental breakfast was also good. The woman working at the front desk was very friendly and was about to help us out with any questions we had. We really enjoyed our stay at this Best Western located in Moreno Valley.

Well everything looks really nice I would never stay at this hotel again. I would seriously consider saying it any Best Western.
It looks very nice and it's right off the freeway. Lots of fast food locations nearby.
When I checked and I went to my room to find that the deadbolt was broken. I got another room that was not as nice. The first room had a balcony the second one did not but I was the only other room they had. But I want to turn on the air conditioner water shot out from the unit above my head into my face. Same thing happened when I went to turn it off.
I was awoken at 4 AM with a large group of people partying walking up and down the hallway right outside my window. The towels and washcloths were thin & felt like sandpaper.
I got up early so I can make sure I got the complementary breakfast. I should've stayed in bed. The breakfast was just horrible. There were not very many selections but there was a basic hot breakfast. The potatoes look like a crumble pile of mess. It didn't taste much better. The bread was stale. The fruit was not ripe. I was surprised that there was virtually no one in the breakfast room even though the hotel was supposedly sold out. Now I know why.
The price was good however. So I guess you get what you pay for.response / report this review
