Very friendly staff. Tasty meals at both the 5:30 to 7:00 kickback and at the breakfast. The rooms are always fresh and clean.
My stays at the Drury Inn mainly occur when I'm away with work. When I feel like having a change from their, more than adequate, dinner options; they've given me menus,coupons, and discount cards to nearby eateries and places that deliver.
You can expect to have any reasonable request fulfilled. I continue to look forward to my stays at the Drury Inn-Indianapolis.response / report this review -

The rooms/bathrooms were clean. The coffee pot was not. It had clumps of dust and dirt inside it. It took them minutes to bring a clean one. The bathroom floor tile was missing a lot of it's grout so the tile was wobbly. They have a small FREE food set up at night. When we were there we had soup, salad, hot dogs, chicken tacos, nachos, baked potatoes and 3 FREE drinks. These could be wine, beer, some mixed drinks or soda. Breakfast was also FREE and very good. They had the usual sausage, eggs, hash browns, waffles, oatmeal, cereals, toast and fruit. Everything was good. The staff was outstanding and always spoke to everyone. I would recommend this hotel.

Great experience. We booked a couple rooms here very late at night, and the staff was excellent and very accommodating. The rooms were very nice, and well maintained. They also had a great continental breakfast, with many food options to choose from. I would definitely stay here again, fantastic!

Enjoying our stay. Rooms were well clean and comfortable. The breakfast was well stock and nice. The evening snack bar was a nice surprise. Even Chilli-Bean was too comfortable. See picture

I've never been to Drury inn's before but along my 6 weeks of traveling I've stayed in 3 of them. If I could have found more of them along my travels I would have. Clean, comfortable and we'll maintained.

Great value. Clean and well-maintained facility. Hot breakfast and dinner included in room price. We have been staying there over a four year period during the Indiana State Fair. We will certainly return.

This Hotel could not have been more accommodating. Mallory at the front desk helped me out and accommodated me and my mother's needs. She was wonderful! The room was clean and the hotel was in a great location!!!

On a recent stay for surgery in Indianapolis, we made a huge mistake of booking at another hotel that was filthy. The next morning we called and spoke with a night shift clerk, I believe her name was Maja?, ans she was very sympathetic and understanding. She asked how she could help and found a room for us for the rest of our stay and gave us a great rate. Her caring and helpfulness have made us fans of Drury and we will look for these locations to stay in whenever we travel. The facility was very pretty ans so clean. People working were smiling and quick to answer questions or find answers.response / report this review -

Room decor is waaaaay out of date. Breakfast is good. Customer service is good. We thought we had made reservations but turns out we didn't hit submit or something and they were accommodating and understanding with setting us up with a room. It's OK, but not great. Would rather be staying somewhere else. Really really really needs to be updated.
