Mediocre, we arrived and were assigned to a room that was still dirty. Then got moved to another room. Went to the store and got some food. Returned the next day to find that our refrigerator and freezer did not get cold at all. We prevented our food from going bad by placing it in the window with it open in the winter. The next day we told the front desk about our situation and they told us that it would be the following day before the maintenance guy could look at it. After some time and complaining they finally gave us another room. Not impressed with our stay.

Nice place near airport. Conveniently equipped suites with fridge, freezer, microwave, dish washer and hot plates. Wifi is free but unstable. Free parking available. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Thumbs up for Raymond from the front desk, who welcomed us and made us feel home.

We originally had a reservation with Extended Stay on Fortune Cirle West. Upon our arrival the bed had what looked like blood on the sheets and bedspread. We also found out from another guest that there were frequent car break ins. The desk associate at that first location offered a transfer of our reservations to the Southern Avenue location and we took it. We were so blown away by Raymond at the front desk. He went above and beyond our expectations. He has so friendly and reassuring when we arrived. Our room was terrific!! The hotel was clean, accommodating and all employees were friendly. Thank you Raymond for a great stay!

Where do I start. I was staying here for work. Was nice. 10 minutes away from where I needed to be. But house keeping and the service has been a fall out. I call and ask to get my room cleaned. (Customary since I've been here for 2 weeks without a cleaning at all) and the impolite person at the front desk says that the house keeping comes in at 9. I work night shift 6-6 so I decided to stay up. Called at 9. And she rudely stated that if my room is not on schedule. My room is not going to be cleaned. I then proceeded to throw my towels and trash into the hallway for the room service people to empty and give me new towels. They took the towels. And did not leave any new ones. Call front desk again. And they refuse to bring towels up to my door. What type of service is that?

Very limited parking. Front desk operation very cordial and professional. Lobby, breakfast area, hallways, stairwells, and elevator are well kept and clean. Rooms are comfy and have kitchenettes. Kitchenware available. Couches and television for relaxing. Beds are standard hotel mid range nothing to write home about. Pesky critters running about, but name one hotel that doesnt have scurrying tentacled tenants. Would come back.

Nice extended stay hotel tucked in a weird corner lol. Room was large and clean with range, fridge and closet space! Wifi was a bit wonky, but that's not really a deal breaker for me. Also very quiet as well. It was a tad bit pricey, but the experience overall was great so I'd say it was worth it.

Average hotel. Rooms are nice. They come with a range, dishwasher and full size fridge. Clean.
They only negatives are: the elevator wasn't working and "free breakfast" is more like a "take and go" so don't expect a big breakfast. The staff were average.response / report this review -

Good 3 star hotel. TV is analog. Has a stove, dishwasher and full size fridge. No oven. Not much on the breakfast, just oatmeal and muffins. Pool is closed for winter. Room was clean and service was good.

Stayed here for a week for work trip in Indy and I'm not a fan. They do not clean the rooms daily but only once a week. When I asked about towels and replenishing the soap and shampoo, they said I must bring the towels to the front desk and they'd give me new soap then too. There were no hangers in the room to hang up my suit. The shower is either cold or hot as hell. The breakfast is literally packaged muffins and granola bars with a couple canisters of coffee. I can honestly say that I'm jealous of the people staying at the La Quinta next door and those places are usually disgusting too. Long story short, this place sucks. If you have other options, I would recommend taking them over this place.

Great location near the airport and easy access to get to downtown. Rooms were simple but clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
