No one answered the phone when I called for reservation. No one at the front desk, waited 20min.

This is a great hotel. The people that work here are very very friendly. Especially Cameron. He went over above and beyond. Very happy with the service and smiling faces. Rooms are clean and tidy. Beds are comfortable. Water pressure in the shower is wonderful. My only complaint is that the shower was a little slippery. They might want to put anti slip tape decals on the bottom of the tub so no one slips and falls. Other than that, which I believe is not a big deal, I love the place.

Breakfast is terrible, biscuits always rock hard or like they were dipped in a bucket of butter, and when you got to turn on the shower, brown water comes out EVERYTIME!!! Brought this to the attention of management but they said oh it should stop in the next few days theyre working on the pipes, 1 month later here i am still contemplating if i should shower here or LA fitness. Toilet runs non stop all night long super loud, shower curtains too short so every time you take a shower the whole floor gets soaked Tighten up La Quinta

This place is dirty!! Dirty hallways, dirty beds, dirty bathrooms, dirty windows.dirty! Cigarette burn holes in the mattress pad, white stains all over the bed skirts, hair in the tub and on the bed. The iron was broken. We did get a second one and it leaked water all over.

Pissed and grossed out doesn't even begin to state how I feel. Walking the dog and there are cigarette buds and other sharp things like glass where the babies walk. THEN getting ready for a bath and a USED PAD falls out of the 'clean' towels and hits me in the face from the rack above the toilet. Not mine, and it had not been through the wash so I know the towels have not been looked at or moved since at least the last room occupant. I will never come back here.

A solid little hotel. Free breakfast and wifi. Convenient location near major road Michigan, as well as highway 465. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and average. Had a bit of trouble with the shower drain, but it wasn't that big of an issue.

Everything was fine until we arrived back to the room to sleep. When we rolled the blanket back, I noticed some pubic hairs and sock lint on the sheets. The sheets had not been changed. I went down to the front desk and asked for new sheets. I was given sheets. I went back to the room to change the sheets. The mattress was not in the best shape, but that wasn't important. Up in making the bed, the sheet I was given had holes in them. I did not receive clean pillow cases, so I flipped the pillow cases. On top of this experience, we could hear noises from everywhere. The walls are very thin. I do plan to call management about my experience.

The hotel s under construction, the pool chlorine s strong in the hallways, and my bed covers are stained. The room itself needed some attention, but the beds are comfortable and was able to get a good sleep. Little pricy too.

Kam G.- operation manager was extremely professional he made me feel so comfortable while I was staying there he deserves a pay raise because he went beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable I'm truly grateful for him.
Vanissa- Housekeeping manager she made sure that I wasn't in need of anything when it came to my room being cleaned and having fresh lining Johnny on the spot she also deserves a raise on how professional she conducted herself extremely professional.
Sherrell- Inspector I had a refrigerator issue and she was on top of the situation quick fast and a hurry I was totally amazed on how fast she resolved the issue without me having to ask twice I was very impressed on how she was handle the situation very professional and good people skills. She also should get a raise on she stayed on top of the situation I was extremely impressed!!!!response / report this review -

Location of hotel is good. Hotel itself is very average. Room has dark colors, giving it a very depressing feel. Wifi connection is okay, loses connection at times. Breakfast was average, different choices but questionable as to how fresh they were. Hotel was still remodeling, floors still turn up, plastic sheets hanging up, etc. Front desk staff was very friendly, but at the end of stay they asked us to review them on poplar travel site. Bedsheets weren't cleaned well and still had stains and dirt on them. TV went out a few times from thunderstorm. Average hotel overall, didn't get money's worth from stay. Book earlier to find a better place to stay. Location is best aspect of La Quinta.

Currently under construction and it's happening everywhere. Lots of thumping from kids above us. The staff was quite nice, I would recommend it more once construction is finished.

The facility should be looking good after all modernization is done. The room I stayed in was finished, bright, and the photos on the wall above the desk were creative. I had a safe feeling in the room and around the outside area..
