Ms. Heather is very kind and helpful, she is definitely one of the best staff I have ever met, we have been living here for a month for four rooms, whenever We have any issues, I know Heather will take care of everything. I happened to switch an suite room from a standard queen, it's more expensive. However for my convenience, Heather just kept me stay in that room even though I occasionally checked out and moved in for few times. If you are going to stay here, She is the person you would like to meet as you know you will have the good beginning of your stay.

Location was quick to get downtown, lots of parking, upgraded our room free of charge because they ran out of the rooms yeah we booked, clean, and friendly.

They should not even get a single star. They REFUSE to Clean the bathroom, dust and vacuum. My company put me up here for 2 months and for a solid 5 week month it has been a struggle. Management ignores my escalating frustration. The"head" house keeper claims she is cleaning my room herself. What a joke. Common areas are also not vacuumed. Can't wait to leave this dump!!!
The only star goes to Crystal who works the front desk.

Very nice and friendly location, especially Heather and Ricky, if one can't help you, the other sure can. This location would be lost without them. If your vacationing, they are the ones you need to ask. They have pointed us in all the right places!!

Spent nearly 4 months here for work and didn't have any problems what so ever. The rooms are comfortable and housekeeping did a fine job keeping them up. There was some noise which is to be expected when staying in a hotel. Nothing terrible. What really sets this place apart is the staff. All of which are extremely friendly and helpful. Heather, Becky, and Crystal always went above and beyond to make sure my stay was a comfortable one. The maintenence man Ricky is also as polite as they come and stays on top of things. Overall great place would highly recommend.

This hotel needs to close for total renovation. During my 2 nights stay the constant noise from guests and general building noise enabled me not to get any sleep. There was a mild smell of old water, pot, IDK. The elevator did not work during my departure. I could not get comfortable in the room because it just did not seem clean at all. Although there is the appearance of some renovation such as the bathroom, the property's interior is extremely dated inclusive of the cabinetry of the bathroom and kitchen. The refrigerator needed to be wiped down and the cabinetry was also broken in the kitchenette area. The fitness center was also poor with a dated treadmill but a new elliptical - that was all the equipment offered for the fitness center. The use of laminated flooring is a very very poor choice for the rooms due to noise and sliding of the chairs and desks in the rooms. You had to back the chair up against the wall to avoid falling out of it when attempting to sit in the chair. The windows are also dated, cracked and in need of repair. Then despite, my DO NOT DISTURB sign as I was trying to get some sleep due to the noise from a previous night, I was interrupted by maintenance to test the smoke detectors! This was unfortunate due to the great location to shops and entertainment. I think 1 star is too high of a rating but you have to give it a rating to post. Stay at your own risk. And for goodness sake please dust the rooms!

The place needs to step up on there game. It seem like a nice place. I came with a bus load of people for the week. Some of the rooms had bed bugs. People was given a different room. But at this point, does it matter. Can you afford to bring them to your home's.
Food 4 thought. Elevator don't work, and they brought up the most disgusting set of pots and pans for me to use. The place is a dump, do not recommend.

Mediocre hotel. Friendly service. Didn't get too much for the price. No coffee pot in the rooms, continental breakfast was basically a coffee bar with packaged muffins and granola bars. Clean room and comfortable.

Stay in a lot of hotels for work. While it's not the nicest place I've ever stayed, it's clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Good food and shopping nearby.

Horrible! Stay away if I was you. No towels, no toilet paper, elevator didn't work, alarms going off. Prostitutes, poor management, the pool is rusty, it's a dirty place.

Not the best experience. Only stayed one night; however the beds were terribly hard and for a non smoking room it smelled of dirty ashtrays. Would not recommend them.

Clean room and common areas, friendly staff. We had to go outside through the courtyard in the cold to get to the pool due to construction. The breakfast was basic but available. The floor in the pool house could have used a good pressure washing, but my kids still enjoyed their swim. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.
