Booked reservation directly with front desk via phone. Repeated correct dates but when we checked out it appeared they keyed an extra day. Was told we would be sent a refund. After numerous calls and stating check would be sent never received check so called them again to be told they would send money order that day. Several more calls and three weeks later still no check money order. Called yesterday was told manager on a conference call and would call back when off. Been over 24 hours still no call back. I don't like being lied to and given the run around.

Nice hotel, rooms are nicely set up. Only issue was the room had a fridge with an ice maker but does not function. After looking for an ice machine on 2 floors and not finding any signs I called the front desk and no one answered. I finally found the machine after walking to the front lobby where it was behind a locked door. I did not have my room key so I had to go back to get that before I could get ice. I also couldn't find an ice bucket so I had to use the tray front the inoperable ice maker in the fridge.

Waited at front desk for at least 5 minutes before someone was able to help.Opened our room to a funny smell in the room which turned out to be old pizza in fridge. Fans in the bathroom sound like airplanes when running. The 1 staff member was not very pleasent or professional. Hope it gets better after this first hour

I was in town for an event at Lucas Oil Arena. The location was excellent. The room was nice and clean with a well stocked kitchenette. I had minimal interaction with the staff but they seemed pleasant.

Had a great stay! Far enough from downtown to get away from the craziness but close enough that you can quickly drive down there. The pool and hot tub area are nice and everything was super clean!

Nice rooms, good accommodations. Pool, gym, and miscellaneous free "rentals" for your room (i.e. blender, waffle iron, cooking supplies, board games).

The hotel itself is really nice. It is clean, quiet, exercise room and pool are nice. The problem is with candlewood. I stayed at two different candlewood suites during a week long vacation. Both times I checked in, was handed a room key, went upstairs, and found someone else already in the room. Twice in a week this in two of their hotels in different cities. I'd rather go somewhere where they are less likely to hand someone a key to my room because they apparently don't know which rooms are vacant.

All of the staff that I had the pleasure of corresponding with were all very polite and professional. Room was very clean, and very spacious. More than elegant in my opinion.

Friendly staff who seem happy to be of assistance. Clean and comfortable room. Good layout of rooms. Good gym area. The pool is indoor with a hot tub close. The pool is small but clean.

This is our third year staying at Candlewood, and is our choice everywhere we go. They have a great staff and clean rooms.

Room was dirty in places. Sir games had black crud on then add looked like they had not been cleaned. There was yeah on the floor in our room when we got there.v one bulb was flickering and I took a look and the sticker was fried. The tub wouldn't stop running. They mixed up my itenerary with some one else's so the was confusion at check in. Elevator buttons were hanky. Had to repeatedly press even after the door closed to the point that I decided to use the stairs instead. They have updated televisions but the feed is in standard def. I'm talking 480 if you're lucky. Seemed worse to me and my wife. Also the fire doors were kept open. Don't know what the deal with that is.

Best Hotel stay in a long time. Bed was so comfy. Pool and hot tub great. Free laundry room. Great staff. Perfect kitchen. Very reasonable price made up for no breakfast and Full not Queen beds. Will most definitely stay for all my vacations if available!
