This is a great hotel with a lot of potential. Rooms need a serious redo. Bathrooms and hallway need loving. But I do love the Omni!

Well let me start by saying the hotel was very nice and clean however my husband and I had just got off the road and never travel with much cash on us so with that being said our valet (Terri) brought our luggage to our room and my husband gave him a $2 tip because that's literally all the cash we had on us at the time now maybe Terri felt that was disrespectful because when we opened up our door to leave and go to the ATM to make sure we had cash for tips we found that same $2 crumbled up and laying on the floor in front of our door needless to say my husband was furious!!!! Little did Terri know we were actually going to take care of him once we got to the ATM but obviously Terri blew it!!!! My advice to the help never be disrespectful to the customers it may cost you

Great location right down the street from Lucas Oil stadium. Clean lobby, nice bar. Beds are nice and soft. A tad expensive for the quality. The bathroom leaves quite a bit to be desired!! And $7 for a bottle of water?

The hotel was one of the nicest I have stayed at. The employees were all fantastic, from the valet associates to the people at the front desk. My room was clean and organised just like the rest of the hotel and I would love to stay there again.

Great location, clean room. Despite paying for the room, we actually didn't spend the night due to a last minute change in family plans. Nice place, though, and I would definitely stay there again in the future.

The staff is very nice. The room is clean, neat, and comfortable. My only issue is the bathroom, it's very small. Otherwise, beautiful, conveniently located hotel

Small rooms, very loud air conditioning system that turns off and on every 4 minutes. The light switch in the bathroom is 4 feet from the door. The toilet is like the ones you would see in a high school bathroom. No fan or light dinner switch in the bathroom. NBC on the t.v. didn't work. I've stayed at better Holiday inn express. Much better rooms there. Avoid this pit. Omni should be ashamed to call this an Omni.

We attended a wedding reception at the hotel. It was very nicely organized, and the wait staff seemed to know what they were doing. They even offered an allergy-friendly meal and dessert! I rarely ever get dessert at a wedding because of my allergies to gluten, dairy, and nuts. But they managed to get a watermelon sorbet for me! The only criticism I can think of is that the reception room was very crowded. It was rather difficult for us to manuver between tables. Other than that, great experience!

I love this hotel. This is the only hotel I will stay in. Employees are great. Pool is great. Very nice setting. Love the bi-level rooms. Would see recommend.

Great location! Only minutes from several points of interest (Lucas oil stadium, Indianapolis motor speedway, Indianapolis Zoo) Within walking distance of many restaurants and pubs. The staff was very friendly! Chatted with a couple of the valet & housekeeping staff. Couldn't find the pool and multiple staff membets pointed me in the right direction. Great place to stay if you want the downtown Indy experience.

I attended a conference at this hotel and stayed 2 nights. The location was close to restaurants and bars which was fun. The room itself was nice and spacious with good views, the only complaint was there was no actual mini fridge in the room, just a chiller which didn't get very cold. The conference rooms where our conference were set up well and the catered food was pretty decent, better than most I've had.

Very nice hotel from the time you pull up out front, till check out time. Their service was fairly good didn't annoy me like most. Our room was spacious, we stayed in a premier sweet with a city view and a balcony. Closet space was plenty fridge was very small so was the ice bucket. Batheroom was definitely In need of up dates not that it was dirty just old looking not very appealing and poor ventilation if you take hot showers. Biggest complaint was the toilet paper thinner than the stuff at work ( you know what I'm talking about that tissue paper like stuff your finger will go through if you press to hard). The beds were very comfy other than the toilet paper it was cool. Would stay at one again

WE HAD OUR DAUGHTER'S WEDDING HERE AND IT WAS AWESOME! Tara did a beautiful job making sure everything was in its place and just the way the bride wanted it! She made sure we were all calm and knew what we were supposed to be doing so that everything went smoothly. The venue is beautiful, the staff was so welcoming and helpful, from Michael who is one of the great valets, Terry who is the best bell hop who helped keep us organized and was so friendly and the housekeepers who keep the hotel so beautiful and Mulu who made sure our food and drinks were perfect! Thank you to those I didn't mention too. Everything went so smoothly, so glad we did the brunch-a nice time to tell everyone thanks and good bye. The hotel rooms were comfortable too! Thank you Omni for an incredible event!
