The stay was nice. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Right next to a Cracker Barrel. Decent parking. Door flip lock was broken.

Location was just off the freeway which is nice, the room and the lobby were really nice for the price. Only complaints I have is that there was a motion activated light in the fitness room that kept shutting off during my morning jog, and the breakfast didn't have any meat. Other than those two very minor annoyances it was a great value.

Nice room. Paint and window coverings were straight out of the 70s, and contrasted sharply with the modern looking marble counters. The bed was very comfortable considering the price and I otherwise had zero complaints. Only member of the staff I saw was the girl at the counter who was friendly and pleasant. Will stay again if I'm back in town.

This was a very well ran economy hotel that is accessible to most everything in Cleveland, TN. The staff was great and very accommodating with our stay and with my wife's service animal. The Continental breakfast was warm and a nice change of pace, but if that is not your cup of tea, then Cracker Barrel is just next door.

This by far is the best hotel in my book. I'm a Floridian who left the state because of the hurricane and they gave us a discount for our emergency stay. The staff is so friendly and nice. The room was clean and comfy too. Great place to stay. Our family will be back.

The rooms are absolutely beautiful! The bathrooms are large and spacious. With having 4 kids the free breakfast as AMAZING! There was something for everyone! Biscuits and gravy and eggs and all! I will be coming back!

The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff is incredible friendly and accommodating, especially toward repeat guests. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cleveland on a budget.

We stopped at a rest area just inside of TN they had several flyers with coupons for girl's. We read the reviews and decided to try Douglas Inn. What a great Suprise. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, check in was easy and breakfast was hot and fresh. We would defiantly stay here again. Get the coupon $60.00 plus tax.

The staff was very nice. The room was okay. I don't know if it was just an unfavorable wind, but there was a terrible smell. I don't know if Cleveland, Tennessee always smells like that, but it was terrible. At one point it was so bad I woke up gagging. The hotel itself was fine if only the wind was blowing the other way.

Stayed here a couple of weeks ago. Have only positive things to stay. It was very clean, updated and the beds very comfortable. The folks working there were friendly. If you want a nice, good place to stay this is your place! If you want a resort, move on along. For the price you can not beat it. Plan to stay again and have reservations already made. Thumbs up, Douglas Inn!

Stayed here overnight and I would highly recommend. The service was great and the rooms were nice. The price was right too! The hotel is very conveniently located also. Right off the highway if you're traveling and lots of stores nearby.
