The morning lady at Breakfast was very kind and helpful. SHE would even offer to get our coffee and is other breakfast needs. Great rooms as Well.

This is a wonderful hotel! The staff is so friendly and the rooms are very clean and comfy! I loved the nice big TV and the bathroom and shower were perfect. The breakfast was yummy, especially the waffles!!
We appreciate that the room rates are very reasonable for this area. Many thanks to the hard-working people who run this hotel and made it warm and inviting on a cold winter's nite!! We will be back!!! Five stars

My husband and I go to Ringgold Georgia on business. We decided to try Hometown Inn because it looked nice and was very reasonably priced. I am very picky. We were very happy with the cleanliness and the staff/owners were very helpful and accommodating. We will be returning guest.

If I could give this place a 0 rating, I would. We had our reservations canceled with no notification! The clerk scolded us for it being 9pm when we arrived for check in. Then proceeded to tell us to "Get out" without any other communication. He literally tried to make it appear to be our fault that he sold our room to someone else. Now we are here for a travel tournament from Alabama and have no place to stay. This is TOP NOTCH POOR SERVICE! If this can happen to me, it will happen to you.

I thought it was a nice place, very clean, and updated. The only thing I had issue with was the free WiFi. I was connected to the network but it said I had no Internet. Other than that nice place.

Friendly place. Not much in walking distance, but good location in general for many attractions. Priced well for the area.

The evening front desk worker was very helpful and knowledgeable. The morning after tho wasn't as pleasant. My teammate and i were first woken up to a housekeer barging in without warning. Followed by what sounded like new flooring being applied right above us as we tried to fall back to sleep. Only to later be woken up again by the front desk telling us check out was at 11when we were told we could do a late checkout at noon.

Staff very polite and accomodating. Fridge and microwave in room. Fridge didn't work, but one phone call to front desk and 10 minutes fixed that. Had pet room, but would never know it, because there were no stains or odors. Would, and will stay again.

The location was perfect! It was easy to find right off the highway so we didn't lose any travel time looking for a hotel. The rooms were clean and service was great. I would stay there again.

If you want a small peaceful place to stay near Chattanooga TN this is it. The people are great. It's very clean. Tucked back away from everything. The rooms are big. It's not a super fancy upscale place. Has a great mom and pop feel. I always stay here when passing through.
