Very good place to stay in Chattanooga. They put everything in suits. Dishes, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, etc.. Very clean. Nice staff. Good breakfast.

The room was really nice. It was clean and fresh. I'm not a fan of their parking lot otherwise everything was perfect.

Love this hotel! The staff was so friendly and helpful and the room was excellent. They took care of our pre arrival requests. We saved so much money on our trip by taking advantage of the little kitchenette in the room and cooking there instead of eating out the whole time. Everything was very clean! My husband and I both work at a marriott and we were both impressed. Loved that they had fresh coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in the lobby. The location was convenient right by the mall, movie theater, and little shops but far back enough that we were not right in the hustle and bustle. If I had any complaints it would be that the bed was a lot harder than I am used to and the Sundries store in the lobby was very expensive. We will definitely stay there again when we are in town!

Nice and inexpensive place to stay when seeing Rock City. The kitchen was perfect and efficient. Only thing I didn't like was that there were smokers the seemed to always be around the outside firepit so it couldn't be enjoyed by us non-smokers with allergies. Also had to walk through all that smoke to go through the front doors which wasn't very pleasant.

The lady who checked us in was super sweet. I really loved the rooms. Full fridge, dishwasher, stove top, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. The carpet seemed a little dated and the public breakfast area was a little small and I've been to hotels who offered more but it was still pleasent. I loved the outdoor fir pit. I would definitely stay again.

Overall our stays was pretty good. Customer service was good. The free Continental Breakfast was good. The location was ok, but still close to the interstate so that was good. Overall cleanliness was satisfactory. We did though find a dirty wash cloth in our bathroom from the previous guest that got missed by house keeping. The walls are kind of thin. We could here the people next door, mostly the kids screeming. Overall it's not a bad place.

Newer place, so it's still in great shape. Rooms are comfortable with enough space. Staff is wonderful. Breakfast selection was adequate.

Checked in and our room was not clean. Food on the microwave and fridge. Bathroom was dirty with clumps of hair and toothpaste in the drawers. We were in town for our daughters wedding. Housekeeping didn't clean room until 4:00 in the afternoon and even skipped our room one day. We were extremely disappointed with our stay. We won't be back. I can't believe this is a Marriott Hotel.

Made a little trip this weekend to go to the aquarium and rock city and really enjoyed our stay here. The employees were very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and cozy with all quality name brand toiletries. The breakfast was good with many options. I forgot my razor and they gave me one at the front desk. I would absolutely recommend this place!! Also affordable for the quality stay!

Staff is great. The hotel is a little older and worn, but clean. The parking lot fills up quickly but they have extended parking at the Residence Inn next door. They have more coin washer and dryers than most other hotels(3 of each), but the dryer I used sounds like it is on its last leg. Not a bad hotel. The prices are pretty good for the area. The front entrance is right by the smoking area outside, which is usually quite full.

My wife and I had just sold our home in Arizona and had come straight in after a three day drive knowing we would be looking for our next home in the general area. We were exhausted, to say the least, upon our very late check in. We woke the next morning to the most warm and friendly welcome from all of the staff working. It was certainly a very good and accurate first impression that would last the rest of our stay and reflects the city of Chattanooga as a whole. The entire staff were all most accommodating as our check-out date kept changing and worked above and beyond our expectations!

So at first, I was taken aback at the fact that check in isn't til 3PM. Anyone that has children and taken them on an extended car ride knows what I'm talking about. I arrived at the location around 2 PM. The hotel is near the exit and there's a Food City, Dollar General, Papa John's, and Sonics down the street. I list those places cause those are places we went to get stuff for our stay. Our room was nice and comfortable. There was a full kitchen, stove, fridge, and dishwasher. I'm glad there was dishes and cups and everything cause I forgot to buy some when I went to the Food City. Our room was on the first floor and right next to the entrance and refreshments. They have internet services in room and out near the lobby. The pool and exercise room I looked at but didn't use. The full breakfast was everthing you could ask for and more. I was very happy with the service people. Very helpful people. I had a great time at my chosen event and very happy with my choice of hotel. Thank you!
