Great staff team, very nice and welcoming. Great for a night stay!
The room was pretty clean and suited our need for a quick room to just sleep in. Pricing was not bad at all either.
Overall okay experience (below average room, quality etc), but great staffexcept Bob, the Manager. Bob has lied to us repeatedly after trying to retrieve an item left in our room during the Chattanooga Head Race Regatta. My son's khaki shorts and wallet were left in the room. We called and the item was found, cash intact in the wallet. Sharon, an assistant manager, was great in helping us, but Bob said the items were returned via UPS. The local UPS manager said that they never picked up the shorts, wallet or cash (approx $50). Bob has yelled at us on the phone, hung up on us and as such we cannot in good faith recommend this hotel to others based on such a rude, unprofessional and clearly troubled manager. Bob lies. We were left with no recourse except to call the local police and file a report. We will no longer stay here and neither should you.
Nice quiet hotel. Rooms could have been a little cleaner. Other than that no complaints.
We arrived after drivong for 13+hours to stay the night as we had to drive 15hrs agai. The next day. Our room still had food in the fridge, a swimsuit hanging in the bathroom. I wanted to get the kids i to the pool for a treat after the long day we had and the pool had so much chemical in the water and air that they were in the water for less than 3 minutes before they were crying because their eyes and skin were burning. I threw them immediately in the shower and bathed them with our own soap and towels. We brought it to the attention of the front desk where nothing but "we willtalk to housekeeping" was done. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING HOTEL
FILTHY!
This was actually the 2nd Comfort Inn we tried to stay at on 07/20/2017. The first was the Comfort Inn & Suites Downtown Chattanooga. The front desk associate was not professional at all and didn't even know much about the Choice membership. The hotel was not actually downtown nor in an area that seemed safe so we cancelled that reservation and traveled a few miles away to the Comfort Inn Lookout Mtn. Upon checking in, we inspected the room and found it to be unsatisfactory. There were small pieces of trash on the floor, hair all over the bathroom floor, and toothpaste spit dried on the sink faucet. The woman at the front desk quickly got us a different room. When we arrived in the new room the first thing I checked was the bathroom. I again found a dirty faucet and gunk around the toilet seat connection. So I decided to really inspect the room. What I found was shocking: pieces of candy and a hair tie under the bedside table, trash in several places around the floor, merchandise tags and a pack of cookies behind the bed, and broken up chips and an empty chip bag under the seat cushion. I couldn't believe what we found! Heading back down to the front desk I found the associate eating. She didn't even bother to put down her food as she spoke to me. To add salt to the wound, she simply asked if we would just like to cancel our reservation as if she knew any room she offered was going to be just as dirty. Oh, I forgot to mention that when we were checking in, my daughter swore she saw something crawl from the dining room to the kitchen. I didn't believe her, but after what I found in the 2 dirty rooms we were offered, I completely believe her now. As Choice Hotels members we have stayed at numerous Choice hotels in many states, but after this we are seriously considering our membership.
We had a very nice stay at the hotel, our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The service we received checking in was excellent and so was the service we received at breakfast. The breakfast food was very good and I have to say the coffee was excellent. The location was easy to find off the interstate. We would recommend this place to stay.
Perfect stop along the way. Stopped here to break up a long drive. Found the reception friendly and helpful. There is not much around in the area but we really just needed a comfortable place to lay our heads. Kids liked it as soon as we opened the room door and walked in. I am adding to my list of places to stay on my long drives from Orlando to Chicago.
Good hotel. Pool open until 11 and it was nice. Good breakfast as well.
Great place to stay if your in the area for the price. The staff was amazing
Had a great stay at our Comfort inn visit! Good location, Good food and our room was clean, modern and very comfortable! Service was great and Tv was upto date with good programing! Would stay there again and recommend to everybody!
It was a perfect place to come and rest after a long day of driving. The room was so nice and the bed extra comfy. The staff was so wonderful. I will definently come back again on my next visit!
A nice hotel. Staff was very pleasant. The indoor pool was clearly not heated. There were several cleaning/maintenance items that were missed. Not awful, but expected for this type of hotel.
