Our stay was great! Building under construction so the best is yet to come. I loved that the new rooms have hardwood floors verses carpet. Great idea!

Aside from hotel under going renovation and main lobby closed, the rooms inside are quite nice and updated. Hot Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage. Cereal, bagels, juice, and prepackaged muffins and cereal bars also available. Staff are friendly.

This place is completely understand construction, yet they make no mention of that when you book. There are construction materials everywhere, exposed wires hanging from the walls, the check-in desk is a folding table, and the exterior doors remain wide open 24/7. Our 3rd floor room was recently remodeled, but it was very dirty. After crawling around the room for 10 minutes, my 9 month old baby's feet, hands, and knees were completely black from dirt. I would have left and gone to o another hotel, but everything in the area was booked as result of the Ironman competition going on in Chattanooga. I wish the review would let me share photos of this dump!

When we arrived I was very disturbed by the mess created by construction and by the fact that there was only a make shift front desk. However, I didn't have time to look for other accommodations and still make our meeting. When we checked into the room we were pleasantly surprised to find it completely renovated and very nice. Also the manager was very nice and gave us a tour of the renovation that was underway. We will definitely consider staying here in the future. The breakfast was also very good.

The hotel is under renovation, so when I first walked in, I honestly thought about leaving. It looked terrible and the front desk girl was sitting behind a ugly brown fold out table. Her attitude and personality kept me there. Once I got to our room, it was absolutely stunning. Everything was brand new, as we were the first to stay in it. The renovations are amazing. However, the customer service I received by the girl at the front desk, I think her name is Diamond, was beyond any I have experienced at any hotel.

The hotel is in the middle of a total renovation. Our room is nice and is totally updated but missing some finishing touches like a bar to hang up clothes. The breakfast during the renovation is also limited. I think it will be very nice when the construction is complete. I didn't receive a warning about the renovation and limited service when I booked the room through the Club Carlson website.

They are remodelling. Once they get done it will be very nice. Very unorganized at this point. Great showers though.

Hotel is in the midst of a complete remodel, second floor is about 80% complete. When reservation was made, we requested a room close to the elevator because of a physical handicap. What we got was room 218 which is the last and farthest room from the elevator. Not the best way to care for guests that prefer this brand over the others when we travel.
What upsets me the most is the night clerk, Gavin. He parked his car in the only available handicap parking space forcing me to park half way across the parking lot. When I asked him if he was handicapped he told me no, but that he parked there so he could tape plastic over the open window on his car. I advised Gavin that I had to park far from the entrance because he parked in the only available handicap parking space. He told me that he would move his car after he was done protecting his car.
Not completely sure at this time if I will ever frequent this hotel again. I may also reconsider utilizing this chain of hotels entirely,

Great Customer Service, the rooms were very clean & beautiful. They are doing renovations until August but once they are finished the rest of the hotel is going to be amazing! We will definitely be back.

My worst experience! Our sheets on hideaway sofa bed were dirty and we couldn't get clean sheets, comforter, pillows due to a new staff member left alone on a Friday night during spring break with no key to linen storage. Finally at 11pm the general manager, Robert, came in. He was not apologetic and actually doubted I was telling the truth about the dirty sheets. I told him he could see for himself. He also told me there was a key there the whole time but because she was new she didn't know where it was. He said he would discount my room but he didn't. I've had to go through corporate office filing a formal complaint. He had 48 hours to contact me and he didn't. A minimal credit of 10% was put back on my card after my second call to corporate. Corporate offered me a free night, but i really wanted Robert to follow through with what he said he would do. The guest services failed! Extremely unprofessional and I am very disappointed that my family's weekend trip was less than fantastic. I have small children that were very tired waiting for bed linens.
