Room was partially renovated. Clean enough. Bathtub would not hold bath water and handbasin would not drain properly. Staff was excellent.

We got a great room and I don't know how it was so inexpensive. Probably because the hotel was under construction. But service was great. The restaurant food was ok but I'd recommend elsewhere as our waitress forgot to put in our order

Very pleased with my stay at the Holliday Inn. Front desk and housekeeping was amazing (keep up the great work)! Pool/hot tub also great.

I had a great time the people that stayed there where friendly. the hot tub was nice and hot. the food was to die for. the workers were amazing my husband and I took a min get away and we really needed it I will be taking an other one soon at this hotel.

The room was great, the front desk was wonderful, the breakfast was a bit pricey but your basic breakfast. The hotel shuttles however you need to beware. The drivers drive like crazy. They'll drive right past you and miss you when your at the airport and they'll leave you at the hotel even if you chase them down. Our driver has a 14 seater van and 6 people (according to the front desk) were in it and he refused to let us on because it was full. It took him 50 minutes to get back to us to the airport. We barely made our flight and only did because people were nice and let us cut in security. They need to make sure they make the drivers stop for people. Only reason they got four stars. Because the bad drivers aren't their fault. Otherwise a very nice place to stay.

Very nice room, and very friendly staff. However, had trouble with most of the open electrical outlets in the room. I had to get the plugs in just right to be able to charge my devices.

We had booked a non smoking room but you could tell previous people had smoked in the room. They were also renovating the lobby which is good thing but they didn't have to drill during breakfast. kids however had a lot of fun at the pool and loved the falls.

Today's receptionist was extremely nice and helpful by allowing us to check in very early since our cruise ended way earlier than 3pm.

The hotel itself is great with great facilities (swimming pool etc.). Rooms are high standard and pleasant. The only downside I would say would be if one doesn't have a car. The hotel located not in a central location with limited transportation.
