Very nice hotel with great amenities and service. My king room was very spacious with a refrigerator, microwave, safe, and two very large flat screen televisions. The channel service was excellent on the television. The fitness center was superb! All the equipment was in excellent condition and the room was ver large with plenty of room to move and work out. My shower the best I have had in a long time. Very invigorating and relaxing. I highly recommended this hotel. Lots of great places to eat and shop near by.

Really beautiful hotel. We stayed in a recently updated King Suite and, for the price, it was extremely huge. Perfect for what we needed.
Parking in the lot is a little tight, but not terrible.
Upon entering our room, one of the two TVs didn’t work (not a big deal) as didn’t the phone in our room to call to the front desk or for room service. I just called from my cell phone and upon mentioning the previous two issues, they offered to have an engineer come straightaway. We declined because it was late and it just didn’t greatly affect our stay. But very much appreciated the offer.
We ordered food from the restaurant on site and though it took about 40 minutes (around 7:30pm on a saturday night, so understandable), it was very good.

It's a DoubleTree. Attractive lobby, bar and breakfast areas. The staff is very courteous and professional. Our room was large and spotless. We were on the 5th floor, but I was told that the higher floors were recently renovated. That being said, our room was very nice. My only negative comment is that the hotel charges $25 for parking in a non descript dirty garage. They charge more if you want to park using their valet service. I think that the hotel should improved a bit on the price for parking.

If you are going to NYC and want to avoid the Manhattan chaos go to Jersey City and stay at the Double Tree. They have the most friendly employees, and fully renovated rooms. 100% recommended

Got an upgrade to a suite on the 12F. Buffet breakfast was overpriced for what it offers. Parking was nearly $30 per night including some city parking tax. Overall a pleasant stay. Kid loved it.

Stayed at DoubleTree while visiting the Statue of Liberty. Very nice hotel, clean and modern looking rooms. Reasonable prices and the surrounding area is very clean and safe. Would stay there again.

Nicely appointed rooms with standard amenities. Parking deck easily accessible from the hotel. Bed was a little too firm for my taste, I prefer a soft mattress. The breakfast brunch was decent for a hotel. Although $44 for two people is a little high considering you can find some great breakfast places all around the area, but it was convenient.

Stayed for my wedding night, check-in went smoothly and got to our room promptly. We spent some time at the bar which was a pleasant experience. The bartender was very polite and experienced with making drinks, did not skimp on alcohol! The hotel room was comfy and we were greeted with a personalized note and a small cheese and fruit plate. We had a very good night's sleep and checked out by 11am. Overall, our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

The Hilton was a great Hotel. When I first got there, they gave me a complimentary cookie which was very graceful of them. I could get those cookies again and again which is good. After, I requested for a high floor, and the employee gave me the penthhouse, how generous they are! Once I got to my room, I was shocked. It was super Clean and dated. Also the Hotels restauraunt was great. I will come again. I really recommend it.

No light over microwave counter. No complimentary coffee in lobby. Subway service was unreliable to/from Manhattan. That said, the room car parking rate was reasonable so if price your biggest driver then this is a good choice. I usually stay in Manhattan to enjoy the neighborhoods. This DoubleTree is in a very sparse, high rise area

Convenient to get into the city via either path train, light rail to Jersey, or just walking distance to Jersey City downtown. Room was clean and we'll kept. We didn't need anything special from service but the staff was accommodating with basic questions

The Doubletree is a decent hotel overall. I'm giving 4 stars because the staff is super friendly and accommodating. We stayed for my sister's wedding and the were extremely helpful. I can't give 5 stars because with a smaller lobby and front desk, check in is show and the rooms are not very big. Still a great location and good stay.

Loved this hotel. Stayed with a small group of high school students. The staff was so nice to the students - that doesn't happen often! Marcus greeted us at breakfast each day and Melinda had cookies and bottles of water ready for them when they came in for the evening! Plenty of room and hot water - great housekeeping staff too! Will stay here again - quick journey into NYC!
