Great location steps away from the convention center, shopping & restaurants. The amenities were as expected. Parking was a little tricky based on a shared parking garage, but once navigated was seamless. Great attached restaurants & bars. Overall good experience for any traveler.

The hotel's are spacious and the bathrooms are fantastic. While the rooms are not as big as the nearby Embassy, everything else about this hotel trumps the Embassy, from its construction quality to the fast elevators. I highly recommend it's great location close to the convention center and parking garage as well, with its sky bridge connection making warm walks to the center a pleasure in the middle of winter. Bathrooms also havery both a bath tub and walk in shower separate from each other, creating a best of both worlds situation for your stay.

Was a good stay! Staff are friendly, and the cookies from the front desk are fantastic. The room was bigger than expected, so lots of room. Probably one of the best things was the view. Had a nice view of a street with Christmas lights and traffic.
Biggest nit I had about the room was you couldn't even crack the window, so it gets humid and hot real quick if you have several people taking showers. Another was the mini fridge was too cold and ended up freezing some stuff towards the back. Walls are a bit thin, but not bad for a hotel.response / report this review -

The overall experience was very positive. However the only shortfalls were that the pool/hot tub are locked off after 10, but I can understand that for safety, and that breakfast is not included and is a little pricy at $21.16 per person. But that is an all you can eat breakfast so it is debatable.
Room was nice, facilities were well maintained, staff was very friendly and professional. Quick and polite maintenance staff as well.
No real problems with any of the hotel itself.
Will very likely stay in the future but will probably avoid the breakfast.response / report this review -

Staff was helpful and nice in resolving a booking issue. Rooms are nicer compared to surrounding hotels. Sky bridge connects from the parking garage all the way to other hotels and convention center. Many nice attractions in walking distance. After staying here for a convention I attend every year, I can definitely highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a nice, relaxing experience.

The place was wonderful. The rooms were clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. I missed out on the free breakfast because I didn't know that served it in the attached restaurant. I really liked that the windows opened, nice fresh air nine stories up.

We had a wonderful stay. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Our room was on the same floor as the pool, which was very convenient. If I had to be nit picky, the room needed to be touched up a little. The light in the shower was pulled out and the paint around it was pulled away. That didn't stop us from using the shower, but it seems like it could potentially become unsafe. Other than that, this is the second time that we have stayed here, and we enjoyed it.

Had an excellent stay at the DoubleTree. The room and decor were very dated but it was very clean and well maintained. The bathroom was updated with a tub, walk in shower, and large countertop. Major points for a shower head mounted high enough that a guy over six feet tall doesn't have to bow his head to wash his hair. The morning breakfast place had a decent breakfast bar that I would say is a step above the usual hotel breakfast buffet. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.

Very nice hotel, rooms were clean and included a separate tub and shower, very unheard of in a hotel. Food in the restaurant was very good. Van to and from the airport was quick. Overall highly recommend this hotel.

Had a weather delay for a flight and ended up stuck in Chicago overnight. They were able to accommodate us with a great room last minute and even provided menus for places that delivered since we got in after everything had closed in the hotel for the night. Clean and comfortable rooms, responsive employees, great experience.

This is one fine hotel in the ORD area. Fantastic restaurant with a very good breakfast. Rooms are comfortable and the atmosphere of the hotel is quiet, very business like. Refurbished gym is very well equipped.

Went to lunch at Gibson's before attending a jewelry expo, and it was perfect. We each got the filet sliders and shared a bowl of chicken noodle soup. Everything was amazing. We'll definitely make this a routine for future shows.

First off I didn't stay at the hotel I went to dinner at Gibson's Steak House. The food was delicious and the wait staff was very attentive in fact they even bought us a large slice of chocolate cake for the four of us to share. The hotel lobby is very nice and clean. The hot is connected to a parking I garage using a sky bridge.There is plenty to do in the area around the Hotel. There's a movie theater, shopping , a casino, and plenty of dinning options. The hotel is across the street from the Rosemont convention​ center and minutes from O'Hare airport.

Stopped in for lunch at Gibson's. What a first class operation in every aspect! Well dressed, attractive, and friendly servers. Spotless dining room. And fantastic salad. The parking was a little confusing, more my fault than theirs. The restaurant does offer free valet parking.
