Very nice hotel with nice amenities. The breakfast buffet is great and the servers are top notch. While there is a pool there is no hot tub. When your makes reservations makes sure to print out of the terms and what you are getting otherwise they will nickle and dine you for every penny they can.
The hotel was clean and pleasant, bed was extremely comfortable. My only complaints were that I requested extra pillows and a refrigerator days in advance of my stay and got neither of them. When I called the desk to see if I could at least give me the pillows they said they were out. When I had another issue and called the desk, it rang and rang without picking up twice. I was staying for a large convention, so I can understand things not going so smoothly, but those issues I experienced. Regardless, I'd definitely stay here again.
I had an absolutely amazing time! The tunnel connecting the various hotels and the convention center was very clean, though a bit warm. Would love to come back!
Great hotel. Friendly staff, great service. Rooms are well kept and clean. The bed was comfortable. They have a Starbucks in the lobby and the bar serves up great food and drinks. Went there for a conference and the staff was excellent.
Excellent service. You text guest services which is cool. Very accommodating to any requests. Highly recommend especially if you are attending a convention. Quick access to the convention center via sky bridge.
The room was very well kept and updated. The bed was comfortable. Over all the entire hotel was beautiful. The breakfast buffet was great, as was our dinner. Hotel is well located near restaurants and the convention center.
It was very close to the CTA so that we could walk to the train station to get in to Chicago. The breakfast (even though we had to pay for it) was very good. It was clean and cool. We really only spent our nights there as we wanted to play in the city. It would have been nice to enjoy the pool. It was up on the top floor with a cool view around it (not downtown Chicago, but still a cool view).
This place was a great place to spend the night on our way out to the airport we left the car there and we knew it was in good care. We came in and they welcomed us with friendly faces and great people. We asked him for a refrigerator they brought up right away ask for more towels they brought it right away. Wonderful View great bed. We will stay here each time we leave out of Chicago O'Hare. The shuttle to the airport was always on time. With a friendly driver always.
The hotel is clean, and the rooms are well maintained. It is nice to have a walkway to the conference center as well. The staff has been pleasant to work with and they were great at check in to accommodate our requests. Extra perk to have a restaurant (great Pub Burger) and the Starbucks in the lobby.
Friendly staff, the gym facility is small, but adequate. The Starbucks is convenient and access to the convention center is by a skybridge. Had issues with the sensor light in the bathroom, it would never turn off automatically, at night I turned if off manually and then it would come on by itself during the night. Courtesy shuttle to airport is great.
Got it for a very low price on a deal through price line. The hotel was decent for the price I had paid.
However, if I paid anything over $90/night which many people do for their stay, I would have given it 1 star. They charge $26 a day for their garage parking lot. Third party websites list it as free parking and when I asked about the same, the hotel management and the third party website blamed each other for the mistake. Even lots in Downtown are cheaper than that. Make it a reasonable $10 - $12/ day parking lot.
The rooms are great and maintenance was neat. When I booked, I was looking at a lively place because of the proximity to the convention center location. To my surprise, I hardly met 5 people during my 2 night stay. Ideal for airport commuters and Convention kinda people.
We stayed two nights at the Holiday Inn and Suites and could not have had a more enjoyable stay. Close to downtown Chicago, and minutes from the airport. I work in the music industry which means I work until the wee hours in the morning, so the black out curtains were clutch. They also allowed us a late check-out (2pm), which is unheard of! The beds were one of the comfiest I've ever slept on in a hotel. The rooms were very up to date and super clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. They also offered a free shuttle to Ohare and the blue line, and they ran 24/7 every 15 minutes. After 11pm they switch to every half hour though, which was fine. There's a Harry Caray's Steakhouse in the lobby, and a nice little souvenir shop! Excellent stay, excellent hotel. Would highly recommend!
Attended a work meeting. Conference room was well appointed and large enough for our attendees. Breakfast was served and the food was great. I also stayed overnight and the room was nice but the staff even better sending me a personal text welcoming me and asking if I needed anything. Nice shuttle service to and from airport as well.
We stayed here for the Chicago Salsa and Bachata Festival in March. It's a great venue with several large ballrooms that were modified for dancing. Front desk and housekeeping were very nice. The rooms were average in a typical hotel room layout. One added feature is the bay window which can overlook the airport. Dining is decent, but there's also some ridiculously good food in the nearby area as well. And if you're going to the convention center, it's across the street. There's even a sky bridge so you don't even have to go outside!
