They try and sell you the damn doorknobs and convince you you wont be safe if you wont buy them. . . crooks. . .

There's usually a wait-even if you have an appointment. There is also a heavy emphasis on replacing your tires here. You'll get ludicrous questions like, "Do you feel safe on your tires?" The prices are fair, and that's the highlight.

I have been a customer going to Discount​ Tire for years, and I like there prices and selection but the time it takes to do a swap is very long. I recommend buying Tires from Discount tires but don't wait around for the service. Always Double the repair time. Was told it would take 45 min to get my tires done and I waited over 2 hours. If your having service done just drop off your car.

Very busy place, which is probably a good thing really. I had an appointment and showed up about 10 min early i wasn't able to check in until a few minutes after my appointment actually started. It took a little over an hour to have 4 tires putn on. Good service, tires, and prices. Would shop here again.

I have bought 5 sets of tires from here. Bought a new set yesterday they were completely slammed with cars and trucks. Have always made things right for me and have always treated me with respect. Took roughly a little over 2 hours yesterday to dismount, mount and balance, and relearn tpms sensors on all 4 tires. Great place, but it pays to get an appointment ahead of time. This was the only time I haven't had an appointment.

very fair prices and good service but they need to work on there meeting there appointments on time.Had 2:00 appt.got here at 1:45 didn't get my truck in until 2:40 really need to work on that

Make sure you schedule an appointment, do not walk in. I got a full set of new tires back in November 2016. I scheduled an appointment in advance. They were ridiculously busy, every chair had a butt in it. With that being said, they got me in and out in about 90-120 minutes. Anyone who didn't have an appointment had to wait on those of us who did, which is absolutely the correct way to go. All of the techs were professional, and had great customer service skills. The one and only issue I had, was they didn't clean my rims after installation, which were covered in their hand prints. It literally only takes a minute or two to wipe down the rims to get rid of them. The tires are still in great condition five months later.

I do not normally write reviews but this is the best tire shop in Fort Wayne. They are quality, friendly, honest and precise. The manager is also amazing and works with his staff well. The staff is great!
