I want to say the customer service for this dealership is great! I worked with Brian Brooks and a few other associates /managers that helped the process. They knew their stuff and helped figure out what was realistic for our needs. My fiance' and I haven't bought a car together before and had a lot of questions, none went unanswered. I definitely recommend at least starting here!

The best salemans very friendly and detail oriented. Very knowledgeable about the cars they are selling. Try to get you the best deals they can and try to work with you.

They do attempt to be helpful, they lack consistency in application. They need a customer care quality coordinator to help monitor and ensure ongoing quality improvement.

I bought a new car from Ray Skillman one and a half year ago. When I bought it, Mr.Jean Jean promised me a two year free maintenance. Six months later I went for the first maintenance and it was free. They didn't check any document. However, when I tried to get a second maintenance one year after the first one, they suddenly said there was no such a deal. It was my fault trusting Mr.Jean Jean and didn't ask for a written proof. I spent 30 grands for a Mazda and I didn't really mind 60 dollars more for a maintenance. Yet it pissed me off when they ate their words. I have had a good experience but now I'm really disappointed. Make sure you ask for written proof about everything they promised you to make you buy a car.

Got my car here last June, a little over a year ago. The entire process was better than I could've ever imagined, thanks to their team. It's been a year and I am still highly impressed with the staff. Even the service department is super friendly and FAST when I have gone for oil changes. Since getting my brand new 2016 Mazda 3 here, I recommend this place to literally everyone I know who's looking for a new car. They have certainly gained a lifetime customer :)

Good customer service, everything went smoothly and everybody was very nice. The only thing that bothered me was that they just added a warranty without asking, I had to ask them what it was and to modify it because I did not need it, so make sure you ask what's included in your monthly payment.

Go anywhere but here to lease a car. We were completely taken advantage of during them 'buying out' our current lease. the amount the quoted us for the buyout ended up sticking us with a 3k bill we are having to cover. We tried for months to speak to them and get answers only to either never have our calls returned or get any answers. the last time my husband spoke to Brian, he hung up on my husband after telling him sorry about your luck more or less.
I had the honor of having Ray Skillman as a patient of mine years ago and promised him when I bought a new car, it would be from him. I did just this in 2012 when I bought a new Mazda and have sent several family members there as well. I commute so 3 years later had to upgrade and RS didn't have any cars I liked that year, so I went to Hyundai. When it came time to upgrade again, Mazda told us they would buy out our lease, they incorrectly firgured the buyout amount and now we are stuck with a 3k bill. We feel like they should cover this amount but no one is willing to step up and own up to their mistake. When this lease term is up, we will go anywhere but here and I will be sure to tell everyone I know to do the same.
Too bad Ray doesn't teach his staff to be as caring and committed to service as he is.response / report this review -

Worst experience in buying a car ever, pushy sales men waiting outside to greet you and take your money. I will never do business here again. Be sure to hold onto your keys the sales man lost mines for a week and had to get another set made and this was for the car I came up there in. They're all about the money, and will find a way and round any issue to get it.

Mr. Lip was such a fabulous and courteous sales rep. I felt like I was talking to family and I give him a 5 star rating. As well as Ray Skillman, I would refer anyone here. They are so wonderful to me.
