I've used Andy Mohr Ford for my last 5 vehicle purchases. Having purchased both Used and New, my experience has always been very positive.
Most recently, Mohamed and Chris at Andy Mohr Budget Center went far beyond what I expected and I purchased the exact Truck that I had been looking for.
Thank you all so much!! Great job, Great deal!!
    See you next time!!

Corey was awesome! I had no problems with my trade in and had a wonderful, overall experience. Stress free car buying experience is something I was not expecting but it happened at Andy Mohr! Mike was also a pleasure to work with. Would recommend to ANYONE!

Leo did an outstanding job questioning and listening to what I was looking for in a vehicle. This was the first time I’ve ever gone car shopping by myself, which could have been intimidating but, Leo was attentive and asked a lot of questions to help me find the car that fit my needs. I never felt pressured to buy a car that day. Leo helped me find the perfect car and Scott helped get me financed and the both made it an easy and enjoyable experience. I’d refer anyone looking for a used car to Andy Mohr Ford.

I was skeptical of going to a dealership again, after a bad experience with another. But Andy Mohr Ford completely changed my mind! We had a patient, attentive, just outstanding salesman, who helped me purchase my truck! The financing was easy and quick, and multiple people followed up with me after to ensure all my needs were met! Whoever does the upholstery and cleaning is also amazing - the interior just looked fantastic! I’d recommend Andy Mohr Ford to everyone!

I felt Jamaal Sanders did an excellent job helping with the choice and getting the deal and paperwork completed quickly. He went out of his way to have the service department add the items to the vehicle that were part of the deal. GREAT JOB! Will recommend Andy Mohr to friends.

5 stars for Peggy. She was so sweet and even came to check on me. Just made me feel so comfortable after being here all day but some people really knows cars and wont purchase unless they know they're getting their money's worth on a pre-owned vehicle.

Chronology of my repair experience at Andy Mohr Ford

    • Thursday, 9/21/17. Noticed extreme looseness in steering linkage on my 2011 F350 4x4
    • Friday, 9/22/17 6:00 AM Delivered truck to Andy Mohr Ford and dropped keys in night deposit with my phone number written on envelope.
    • Friday 9/22/17 7:30 AM, Representative of service center called to inquire about my truck and ask for description of the problem I was having. I explained that the steering linkage was extremely sloppy and dangerous.
    • Friday 9/22/17 1130 AM, I called the service department to inquire about the diagnosis and repair requirements. I believe I spoke to Buffy? I was told that they had the truck on the rack and couldn’t find anything wrong with it. I asked, “did you drive it to experience the described problem?” I was told no, no one had taken it for a test drive.
    • Friday 9/22/17 approximately 1:00 PM. I received a call back and was told that after driving it, it was determined that the front U-joints were worn out and causing the problem. I received a repair quote of approximately $1,115. I told them to proceed.
    • Friday 9/22/17 approximately 4:45 pm, I called to ask if the truck would be done today or if I needed to make rental car and hotel arrangements? I was told that, “no, it wouldn’t be done today, but it would be done by the end of the day Saturday” This was understandable and acceptable, I rented a car and made accommodation arrangements for Friday night in Indianapolis. (I live in Western Kentucky and routinely work in Indianapolis).
    • My car rental was good through 9/23/17 at 5:30 pm.
    • Saturday 9/23/17 approximately 11:30 am. I called and asked about the progress on my truck so that I could make return arrangements and travel arrangements for the rest of the day. I was told “There is NO WAY your truck will be done today, it will be Monday afternoon” Although I was disappointed, I made plans to extend my car rental through Monday 9/25/17 5:30 pm.
    • I decided to make the 5.5 hour drive home for remainder of the weekend since repair was not complete and return to Indianapolis on Monday night 9/25/17.
    • Just before I left town at 1:30 pm on 9/23/17, I called back to the service department to double check whether the truck would be done because sometimes progress is not linear. I received the same answer. As a matter of fact, the exact words of the service representative were, “ Our repair technicians go home at 1:30 pm on Saturdays, the only thing we do after that are routine maintenance such as oil changes, they are not working on your truck until Monday.” So, I started home.
    • At 3:58 pm on 9/23/17 I was just north of Evansville, IN, more than halfway home. My phone rang, it was the cashier from the service department. She said “Your truck is done! I need your credit card information.” I was floored! I asked if she was SURE the truck was done. She said that she was because the technicians didn’t bring her the paperwork until it was done.
    • I gave her my CC number and turned around and drove the 2.5 hours back to Andy Mohr Ford.
    • I have to tell you, I was extremely upset that poor communication skills and apparent lack of effort on the service department representatives cost me 5 hours of wasted driving time on a Saturday, especially after working a 70 hour week out of town.
    • I related this information to the Sales manager on Saturday 9/23/17 at approximately 6:45 pm when I returned to Andy Mohr Ford.
    • He assured me that someone would be in touch with me on Monday 9/25/17 regarding this poor service.
    • I drove home Saturday night and arrived at 12:03 pm EST.
    • No one called me today, 9/25/17
    • My wife and I have done business with Andy Mohr Ford for over 15 years having lived in Danville, IN from 1999 to 2015.
    • That’s why I choose Andy Mohr Ford for the repair work. I was counting on the kind of service and professionalism that I have previously experienced.
    • I no longer have that confidence. We will not be considering Andy Mohr Ford to purchase our next vehicle.

I have to give this dealership a one star only because I recently had my oil changed there and that night after me and my husband came out from the casino noticed oil all over the ground. They did not put my oil filter back on all the way. I tried to speak with a manager but was unavailable and the guy said well we can make sure your next oil change is free. Okay that's fine, but this guy was not apologetic! No sorry this happened or anything! I even told the guy well I'm glad I noticed the oil leaking or Ford would have been putting a new engine in my car, still no response from this guy! I was pretty appalled by all of this, I guess when it is time to get a new vehicle or anything else another dealership/service center will be the way I go!

Outstanding sales dept. , no high pressure. Just straight answers and a great price. He made sure I was satisfied with my new car. He also took the time to so me how to use the things my new car had that I didn't have in my old car. Don't be surprised when you buy a new car and you receive a follow up call from your sales person . They care that you are satisfied.

On Tuesday, I locked my keys and everything I owned in my car, 200 miles from home! Dan Wood, in the service department, helped me trouble shoot ways to get the car door open, after the anti theft devices made it impossible to get in the door. (Actually a good thing). After two uber rides, delivered to me by my daughter's phone, the kindness of all the people at the Edens and Old Orchard Shell, and a $5.51 door key from Golf Mill Ford I was on the road! My story would make a great commercial for Ford and Shell! But for now, thank you Dan Wood! You made my day! Mr. Mohr should give you a raise! You're the best and so are all the people that helped me through this crazy day! A big thank you to you all!!

I wish I could give it less stars. Literally the shadiest dealership I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Our finance manager who we had been going back and forth with because he wouldn't submit the title paperwork, overnight"no longer worked there." Over a month went by without getting any tags. Spoke with the GM about the situation and he was completely useless as well, wouldn't do a thing to correct the situation. Save yourself the headache and go to literally any other dealership, you won't regret it.

    **BUYER BEWARE**

I bought an 06 Truck from the Andy Mohr team and less than two weeks after buying it, it started misfiring. Called them and they said there was no recourse for them since i didn't have a warranty on it. I was never offered a warranty and can't purchase a warranty after the fact. I'm looking at close to $400 in repair costs and I haven't even made the first payment. These guys are scam artists. Go elsewhere and save yourself from the headache these pushy salesmen will put you through. I definitely wont be buying another vehicle from any Andy Mohr dealerships.

They have posted a truck on their site twice. The first time they told me they were waiting for the title I said okay let me know, they never let me know. Then I inquired again, they told me someone "made a deal on it" I said okay I see, and told them they never let me know about the title for it so I could come check it out. Then it shows up again on their site. I inquire about it again, and again told there is a title issue and it could be "a long wait" no one will tell me what the problem with the title is. If this truck has a title issues then it shouldn't be offered for sale. I'm really frustrated with this. I want this truck and I keep getting the run around. It shouldn't be on the site if it can't be sold. They keep asking me to come in and look at it, I'm not going to waste my time to look at a truck I can't buy, and I've already had enough of my time wasted by them about a truck that can't be sold. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Great people, worked with me to help me get the right truck and at the right price. After the sale they still helped with the truck. I feel they went above and beyond what a typical dealership would. I worked with Alex Buker and he knows ford trucks inside and out.

They sold my 18 yr old daughter a car too dangerous to drive! Awful customer service - Do not go!!
My daughter spent years working and saving to buy her first car. She had a $5,000 budget. We figured it would be safer to go to a dealership rather than buying it directly from an owner. We were willing to pay a little extra knowing the cars were checked and safe to drive. So we thought!
My daughter walked out with a 2002 Lincoln. After less than 1000 miles, the car started overheating. It was towed to the dealer and, even with the limited warranty, the car needed about $1000 in repairs. They initially offered to exchange the car at a value of $800! BB value minus the repairs. Quite a drop in just a month! After spending hours talking to managers and salespeople, we were finally able to exchange the car for a 2006 Pontiac V6 of similar value.
The Pontiac was making a rattling noise so a few days after buying it, we took it to our mechanic to get it checked out. It turns out, this car is too dangerous to drive. It needs a complete rear break job, the front hub bearings are shot, the lower control arms and tie rods need urgent replacement. My daughter called the dealership immediately and was told by the manager: "I can't keep bailing you out!". Total cost of repairs is now $1,500 ($1,900 through Andy Mohr) and Andy Mohr Ford Lincoln isn't willing to do a thing.
We will never go to them again and do not recommend this dealership to anyone in need of a used car. I bought many used cars in my lifetime, never have I seen such poor costumer service.
