I went in for an ignition problem and got that solved immediately no work or harm done. The service man offered to pull my car around to the service side to make an appointment for a recall on the ignition. As the service man was pulling it around, my brake lines break and he loses brakes, ALMOST crashing into the service bay glass door. It literally just happened when he pulled around to the service bay things happen for a reason. Of course I couldn't take my car with me and I had to leave it there, but I got the best service a customer could possibly get! Joe, the customer representative in the service department, helped me tremendously!! He was very informative, caring, and professional. Thanks to ALL who helped and got me back on the road!!!

The service department need to work on customer service. When I walked in, it took a few minutes for someone to even say hello or how can I help you. Finally Tim who was helping a customer said hello we will be right with. Mind you Tim sits farther back and should not have been the one saying hello since there were two men doing nothing that were right there as I walked in. One in which was to busy playing with his phone and the other (Joe) was searching for dog collar on the company computer. There was also one man standing by the sliding door with his arms cross who appeared very unapproachable who looked right at me and said nothing. A simple hello goes a long way when dealing with customers. Now when it came time to check out at the cashier I waited 5 minutes after Tim told me she would call me up due to her having a personal conversation with another employee. I had already sat there for an hour and 15 minutes waiting on my vehicle to be serviced for a recall. I didn't not want to wait on your personal conversation to end. Ed Martin management team needs to address the customer service level their employees are presenting.

Totally appalled by this place! We had a car pulled up on our phone to have Brent Bramwell help us find it in the parking lot. At that time, they had it listed for 11,900. Ten minutes later when attempting to purchase it, they changed the price to over 13,000!!! When confronted with this they refused to admit they changed the price!!! Very disappointed with their customer service! The car was even missing chips of paint and had a broken light lens piece and they didn't even know!?! Yeah right. We recommend taking your business elsewhere!

Purchased a certified 2016 2LTZ Impala a few months back. Our sales rep, Jason, was EXCELLENT at every aspect of his job. He was courteous and patient, did not push for a sale, but pushed for customer satisfaction. When I noticed a scratch on the front bumper, he had touch-up paint sent straight to my home.

We had a brief issue with the car regarding the fuel pressure sensor. Since the car and technology are so new, the service center had some difficulty finding the issue - but when I was able to self-diagnose the issue, they immediately accompanied my suspicion, changed out the sensor, and solved all of the car's issues without ever taking a dime.

I pass 50 dealerships driving from my home to this location, but I have a few more Chevy vehicles in the shopping cart for the next few years, and you can bet that I'll be looking for them here first.

Thanks Jason, and thanks Ed Martin!

If this is owned by the same people who own Ed Martin Jeep in Anderson I would watch out. Here is my review for Ed Martin Jeep:

When I purchased my Jeep Cherokee for my wife and new infant the interior of the car was dirty. I was told the car just arrived and the cleaning team had not had a chance to clean it yet. I was promised that after the sale I could bring the car in and have it detailed. My wife would be given a rental car so that she wouldn't have to wait at the dealership with our infant while it was cleaned. When she showed up they told her they didn't have a rental and she should just wait because they could 'get it right back' and she wouldn't have to wait long. They spent 15 minutes "detailing" the car and it came back just as dirty as when it went back. The only thing they did was clean the floor mats. When I found this out I sent an email to the dealership that included pictures of the "cleaning job" they did. Complete with dog hair, dirt stains, mud, and scuffs on all parts of the interior. A manager called me back and promised me that he would "personally" make sure we were taken care of. I was promised that someone would come to our house to pick up the car, leave a rental, and the car wouldn't leave the dealership until that manager had inspected the car to make sure it was clean. That was 3 weeks ago. I have been calling the dealership and every time I am told that their "drivers" are out on vacation and they can't pick the car up. I could bring the car in and wouldn't have to wait long. That is what I was told the first time my wife brought the car in. It is going to require multiple hours to complete the cleaning. They know how long it is going to take because they have seen how dirty it is but they still insist it isn't going to take long to clean. That doesn't add up. I was promised a clean car. I was promised a rental. I was promised the car would be picked up. I have not received any of these things and every time I call the dealership I am told they will get back to me because they don't have anyone who can complete the job. Brian Burke, the GENERAL MANAGER, sent my wife an email saying correspondence would only go through him after multiple complaints to make sure everything was taken care of. Called him and left him a message a week ago. No call back. Called him again yesterday and who calls me back today NOT HIM. The Jeep we bought had low miles and was a good deal. Their service, follow up, and commitment to doing what they said they would do is atrocious. I wouldn't go near this place.

Spent 2 minutes with a dealer. I told him what I was preapproved for and what I was looking for. He looked through a few pages and told me it would be hard to find what I wanted and asked if I would be willing to spend more money. I told him no. That was it. He did not offer to help me by taking my number and seeing what he could do or anything. I think he was more concerned about talking to a guy about a Camaro. Dissapointed considering such good reviews.

I always feel like I am being treated like a friend. Mike Brown, Stan Shelton, and Tim are very thorough, courteous, and informative. Keeping you updated what is going on or if you need any other attention on your vehicle. Other employee's throughout the dealership that know or recognize you are friendly and courteous as well. I highly reccomend Ed Martin service and sales.
