We recently purchased a 2014 Avalanche Fifth Wheel Camper from Camping World of Indianapolis. Our Salesman was Will Cary and we had an exceptional experience with Will and all the staff. Our other camper was in a different dealership undergoing repairs and Camping World was very patient with our situation and Will was extremely good at keeping in communication with us during the process. When we took possession of our new fifth wheel, the staff was very helpful and did an excellent job of explaining the workings of our new camper and helping us with our financing. I would definitely recommend Camping World of Indianapolis to anyone shopping for a new RV.
Andy was a great salesman. I really appreciate Bobby Lee’s honesty. Overall happy though I did not like the constant up selling. I do not feel like I ever got a true price. I would much rather have the unit price and all options up front as apposed to little add ons throughout each step of the process. I continuously thought, “so how much am I actually going to pay for this?”
I was not comfortable with being asked how much was I looking to spend a month before I was given a price. The amount I want to spend a month should not effect the price if I am getting the best deal available.
Recently, I have inquired on a camper to get into so I can move forward as a homeless veteran. This application was shot dwn quicker than I submitted it. The sales lady did not send me a video and flat out would not negotiate any further discount for it to help me. Now I have decided to take my money somewhere else. They are more interested in AAA credit and not veterans.
Will Cary was a great salesman to work with. He got us what we needed and was a very smooth process. Would highly recommend him. Also, Bobby Lee Estabrook is a wonderful person to work with. He is so down to earth and his customer service is top notch! There was no pressure, it was a very comfortable buying experience. Would definitely recommend and come back for sure.
We just had two major issues addressed on our RV. It was a wonderful experience. The service writer, Kevin, the technician, Tony and service manager, Steve were very professional, friendly and resolved the issues to our utmost satisfaction. In fact, all the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. This is our fourth camper purchased at Camping World and we highly recommend them.
Everyone was great. We walked in just looking and they helped us find exactly what we were looking for without being pushy. The sales staff was very knowledgeable and the finance manager did everything to make sure we were happy. We will be returning here for all our camping needs.
We purchased a Thor Vegas last August and just came back in for service and had a wonderful experience.
My salesperson, Mitch Hines still works there and greeted me with the same kindness and respect as if it was the same day we bought. Love my camper and would recommend them to anyone in the market.
This place is a joke. Service is beyond terrible. Took possession of trailer in April, Easter weekend. Took me over 5 hours to pick it up day one. They have had it for warranty work since July 8. And still don't have all the parts. Service guy said he was tracking over 90 units and the don't work Saturday afternoons or Sunday. Incredibly poor management. 8.18.17 updatestill no camper. Parts have not arrived, the door strike was not set correctly so the door would latch, so the top notch technicians ordered a new door? We have only been on 4 outings with this unit since April. Insane! Update 8.26.17. Still no camper. I visited the store last week and requested my money back. They refused. GM assured me that he would follow the parts this week and provide me an update. No calls. I called them today, 5 times for service, no answer. Got voicemail. I called the GM. Got voicemail. I am beyond pissed, but no good to me cause I am the only one upset. They don't care and refuse to call or return my call.
Raymond was our service specialist. He was on top of all the issues. He even worked until 9:45 pm to help get things complete. Now that is a service person. Best I've seen.
Do not buy anything from this place. It is a screw job big time. You have give one star. Should be -1000 stars. You will pay more for a camper than anywhere else.
They use very sneaky techniques during financing to convince you to buy all their extra insurance protections. They tell you how much it is on a monthly basis and even though we asked for a 5 year loan they did everything on 15 years. So if they say 30 a month and you are thinking for 5 years that's a vast difference than 15 years of an extra 30 a month. I don't recommend them at all.
These guys are top notch! After shopping around at other RV dealers in central Indiana we came here to check out a few we liked online. We were welcomed with smiles and NO PUSHY SALES!! Will Cary, our salesman was amazing! He listened to all of our ideas and concerns and never once tried to sway us! Will found us the perfect camper for our family!! He and the staff at Camping World went above and beyond all of our expectations and we will be life long Camping Worlds customers! The store is amazing and has everything you need for your camper and camping adventures! They offered us a three year Good Sam membership with our RV purchase and even fixed a small issue without charging us as a surprise!! Thank you so much Will and all of the staff for an amazing job! We would reccomend this Camping World and Will Cary to everyone 100%!!

I did not buy a camper from these pushy and untrustworthy salesmen. I found a much better sales department at another dealer (not camping world) My salesman wanted to finance a camper for me, I told him I have already been approved by my credit union. He told me he would take a 1000 dollars less if I finance with them, I agreed to let him try and beat my interest rate I already had. I told him to run my credit report 1 time and no more, he was fully aware that running a credit report multiple times hurts your credit score. MY wife called me when she got an alert on her phone that my credit score just dropped 5 points because camping world ran my credit report 5 times, my salesman said he was not in the finance department and it was not his responsibility,
Besides this the camper I was looking at was in terrible shape, it looked like the trim was put on with a rock, the mirror was broke, and caulk was smeared on the door and walls. For a brand new unit it must of been the last unit in inventory. My salesman kept saying it was the last one he had, until I started to leave and then suddenly he had one. Ha. Never again will I shop at camping world for anything.
